Nikiti Cottage House is located in Nikiti, Sithonia, about 400 m from the beach, in a quieter environment suitable for a relaxed family stay. The accommodation is a good choice for guests who want a ground-floor house, with more privacy, a yard and a practical distance from the sea. Thanks to its location in one of the most famous places in Sithonia, guests have easy access to the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops during their vacation, while the accommodation itself provides a more pleasant base for a quieter and more independently organized summer stay.
Nikiti Cottage House is a ground-floor house designed for a maximum of six adults. The space includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, an additional separate living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. This layout provides guests with more space for everyday use, but also a better division between the common area and the relaxation area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other is equipped with two single beds. The additional separate living room can be closed with a door and used as a sleeping area, as it has a sofa bed for two people.
The equipment of the house is adapted to a more comfortable and independent stay during the summer holidays. Air conditioners are located in both bedrooms, while portable fans are available in the living rooms, which contributes to a more pleasant temperature and better air circulation in different parts of the space. Guests have access to WiFi internet, two Smart TVs in the living rooms, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday preparation of meals and drinks, as well as dishes from the oven, and guests have access to a stove with four glass ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, as well as a toaster.
The outdoor area of the house provides guests with a pleasant atmosphere for spending time outdoors during summer days. On the ground floor, there is a private veranda, as well as a fenced seating area, which is connected to a landscaped yard with a maintained lawn and shade. This space is suitable for morning coffee, outdoor meals or a relaxed break after the beach, while the view of the courtyard further contributes to a more peaceful and homely impression of the stay. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the house, according to their habits and needs. For reservations longer than ten days, bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while for shorter periods of stay, a change is not provided.

There are restaurants, cafes and shops along the coast, while the old part of Nikiti, with its stone houses and a quieter atmosphere, provides a different atmosphere for walking and getting to know the local character of the place. Thanks to its location on the western side of Sithonia, Nikiti is a practical starting point for visiting famous beaches such as Kalogria, Agios Ioannis, Koviou and Kastri, but also for going to other places and bays in Sithonia. The accommodation is about 89 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.
