Marelia Apartment is located in Nikiti, Sithonia, approximately 210 m from the beach, making it a practical choice for guests who want to have easy access to the sea during their holiday. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or small groups looking for a comfortable space in a well-known resort, with a good base for staying close to the beach, promenade and amenities that Nikiti offers during the season. Thanks to its location in one of the most popular places in Sithonia, guests can easily combine their holiday between swimming, evening walks, restaurants and visiting the surrounding beaches.

Marelia Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette, designed to accommodate up to four adults. The accommodation is arranged over two levels, with the lower level located on the first floor and comprising a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, or second floor, contains two bedrooms. This layout provides a clear division between a common area for living and preparing meals and a quieter area for relaxing. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the sofa in the living room is not intended for sleeping.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, making it easier for families with babies to organize their travel and making their stay more practical for the youngest guests.

The apartment’s equipment is designed for a comfortable, practical stay during the summer. Air conditioners are located in the living room and both bedrooms, which allows for a more pleasant temperature in different parts of the space. Guests have access to WiFi internet and a Smart TV in the living room, suitable for everyday connectivity and relaxation with their favorite content, while for additional convenience during their stay, a hairdryer will be available. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and drinks, with a hob with two glass-ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The apartment has balconies that connect to the living room and both bedrooms, so guests have more space to stay outdoors during the day. The balconies offer opportunities for morning coffee, a break after the beach, or more relaxed moments in the evening. The front side overlooks the courtyard and the street, while the back side offers a partial view of the sea, which further contributes to a more pleasant summer atmosphere.

This accommodation does not allow pets.

The apartment is maintained during the stay, so cleaning is done every five days, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. This arrangement contributes to a tidier and more pleasant stay, especially for guests planning a longer vacation.

Private parking is not provided within the accommodation. Guests arriving by their own vehicle can park on the street, depending on the current availability of space in the area.

Nikiti is one of the most famous places in Sithonia and a good choice for guests who want a summer vacation in a place with a well-maintained beach, a promenade and all the important amenities for everyday life. The beach is long, with sandy and pebble parts and a gradual entry into the sea, so it is suitable for families with children, couples and guests who want a classic vacation by the sea, but also the ability to easily change the atmosphere during the day. Along the coast there are restaurants, cafes, shops and beach bars, while the old part of Nikiti, with its stone houses and quieter streets, gives a different, more traditional impression of the place. Thanks to its location on the western side of Sithonia, Nikiti is a practical starting point for visiting famous beaches such as Agios Ioannis, Kastri, Koviou and Kalogria, but also for exploring other places and bays on the peninsula. The accommodation is approximately 85 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
