Marti Home is situated in a quieter part of Nikiti, in the Agia Varvara area, 340 meters from the beach and approximately one kilometer from the town center. The detached house, featuring a landscaped garden and a veranda with a seating area, creates a pleasant atmosphere for spending time together and enjoying the outdoors. Combining privacy, comfort, and proximity to both the sea and various amenities, this accommodation is particularly well-suited for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing summer holiday.

This three-bedroom unit is a maisonette spanning the ground and first floors, designed to accommodate up to seven adults. The ground floor features an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with one bedroom and a bathroom. Two additional separate bedrooms are located on the first floor; one of them has an en-suite bathroom. Guests have a total of three bathrooms at their disposal. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the third contains a smaller-than-standard double bed and a single bed.

Guests can request a baby cot for the youngest guests at no extra charge, making travel arrangements easier for parents and ensuring a more convenient stay with a small child.

Four air conditioning units distributed across the living room and each bedroom ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the property. Wi-Fi and a large Smart TV with satellite channels allow guests to stay connected and enjoy their favorite content while on vacation. The well-equipped kitchen features a built-in glass-ceramic cooktop with two zones and a large oven, making it suitable for preparing a variety of meals, including more elaborate dishes. A large refrigerator with a freezer offers ample storage space for groceries, while a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster add convenience to daily living. Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during their stay. Bed linen and towels are not changed for stays of up to seven nights; for longer stays, a change is provided halfway through the visit. Guests may also arrange cleaning services upon request and for an additional fee. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests arriving by car can use street parking spaces in front of the property; availability depends on current occupancy.

Old Nikiti offers a completely different ambiance, known for its stone houses, narrow streets, and traditional architecture. The town’s location allows for easy access to nearby beaches such as Agios Ioannis, Kastri, Koviou, and Kalogria, as well as opportunities to visit other settlements and hidden coves across Sithonia. The accommodation is located approximately 89 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
