Hidden from the noise, in the small and peaceful fishing village of Ormos Panagias, away from the city crowds, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, lies the modest yet comfortable accommodation, Sonia Rooms. Located near the port and just 650 meters from the nearest beach, it is an excellent choice for families, as it offers a spacious yard, a barbecue area, parking, and a children’s playground.

This property offers sixteen accommodation units, including six triple studios, three quadruple studios, five quadruple apartments, and two five-bed apartments.

Out of the six triple studios, two are located on the ground floor (No. 2k and 10), two on the first floor (No. 3k and 4k), and two on the second floor (No. 5k and 6k). Each of them features one double bed and one single bed.

All three quadruple studios are located on the ground floor (No. 1k, 2, 3). Each includes one double bed and two single beds or bunk beds (No. 1k).

The quadruple apartments are located on the ground floor (No. 1), the first floor (No. 4 and 5), and the second floor (No. 7 and 8). The bunk beds are in the bedroom, while the kitchen area includes a double bed.

The five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor. It features a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is one double bed and one single bed, while the living room has one single bed and an additional pull-out bed suitable for a child up to sixteen years old.

The two-bedroom apartment (No. 9), located on the second floor, can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.

A baby crib is available upon request, free of charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Guests also have access to a kitchenette for preparing light meals, equipped with a two-burner cooktop, a small oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. In the five-bed apartment on the ground floor, guests have access to a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a toaster. A shared washing machine is available free of charge.

Depending on the floor, guests have access to either a veranda or a balcony, both equipped with outdoor seating.

The yard is fenced, spacious, well-maintained, and naturally shaded. Guests can use a gazebo, outdoor seating, a shared barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the unit themselves, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests can park their vehicle in the yard of the property, where parking is always available.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
