Our description
EthNick's Apartments 2 is an accommodation close to the highway, a little outside of Ormos Panagias, surrounded by greenery, freshness and peace. It has one room for two people and two five-bed apartment. There is a private parking lot in front of the accomodation.
The nearest beach is Latoura (500m), and the center, the nearest supermarket and bakery, are about 1km away.
The double room is quite small. It has only one double bed, shelves and a fridge. There is no air conditioning. The bathroom is new and only has tiles (no enclosed shower area), and it is separated from the room by an accordion door. The part of the balcony in front of the room is quite narrow, but it has a table and chairs. In the kitchen there is a small oven, as well as a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The five-bed apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa for two persons, while the bedroom has a double bed. One additional extra bed for the fifth person can also be added. In the kitchen there is a stove for two burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area with a curtain.
There is another five-bed apartment, also air-conditioned. It has two french beds and it is possible to add one rancho bed. It has a TV, a small oven with two hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Both apartments have a kettle, and the bathrooms have a shower tub with a curtain.
All accommodation units are on the ground floor and have mosquito nets and internet.
A baby cot can be provided on request.
Guests take care of cleaning themselves, while towels and bed linen are changed every five days and are included in the price.
The accommodation does not have a yard, but it has a paved area in front, where there is also a parking lot.
EthNick's Apartments are the ideal choice for those who don't care about the proximity to the city beach, but want to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovanje, Upravo sam poslala upit za aparatman za cetvoroclanu porodicu, ali nisam pitala za cenu, pa da pitam i to. Izvinjavam se i hvala

Postovanje, Zanima me da li je slobodan apartman sa bracnim krevetom u spavacoj sobi sa pocetkom izmedju 2.08. i 5.08. za 15 noci. U pitanju je cetvoroclana porodica ( uzrast dece 5 i 14 godina). Hvala
