Only few steps away from the beach in new part of Sarti, there is Zoi Villa. It is ideal for the couples because all the necessary amenities of this small place are nearby.

The beach is only 30m far from the house, where is also a beach bar Bel Air of the same owner, while bakery and market are at 50m. Center of the place with promenade and other amenities is at 350m.

The offer includes one four-bed studio, five three-bed studios and eight two-bed studios, as well as two four-bed apartments. The four-bed Superior studio has one double bed and bunk beds and is located on the second floor (third, top floor). The three-bed Superior studio has a double bed and a single bed, also located on the second floor (third, top floor). Two three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed each and are located on the raised ground floor (first floor), and two are located on the first floor (second floor). Eight two-bed studios are located on the raised ground floor (first floor) and the first floor (second floor).

The four-bed apartments are located on a high ground floor and can accommodate two adults and two children. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The living room features two single beds, while the bedroom has a double bed.

All studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates and small fridge. In the bathroom is an edged showering space with curtain. On the balcony are table and chairs. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every four days.

The house doesn’t have a courtyard, neither a private parking, but you can park in front or on the public parking which is 250m far. The sun beds and parasols are available in the beach bar for free if you order a drink.

When you enter Sarti next to the club Fact, continue straight, on the first crossroad again straight, then turn to the first street on the right and continue straight around 400m and you will see the house on the left.

If you are looking for accommodation in which one you will relax, but stay close to all amenities, then this house is the right choice for you.

The accommodation is satisfactory, but guests of larger build would struggle to turn around or enter the bathroom. It is clean and close to the beach, which is truly the most important aspect for me!

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
