The nearest store is about 350m away, while the bakery is only 50m from the accommodation.
The offer includes a ground floor house that can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. In the living room where the kitchen and dining area are located, there is a sofa bed, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be joined together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer, and guests also have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, while guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
