Vasiliki House accommodation is located in Ormos Panagias, just 100 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda. It can be a good choice for visitors for whom proximity to the beach is an important factor in choosing a vacation spot, and due to the small number of accommodation units, you will feel at home.

The accommodation is located about a hundred meters from the sandy beach. Along the beach, you will find numerous bars and taverns, the nearest supermarket and bakeries are located in Ormos Panagias, which is about 800 meters away, and in the village of Agios Nikolaos, which is about 5 kilometers away.

There are two two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor available, which can accommodate up to five people.

In one bedroom, there is a double bed, in the other, there are two single beds, and the living room with a kitchen features a sofa for one person.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove with an oven and burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and necessary utensils. The bathroom is tiled and separated by a glass partition.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Guests have access to a shared washing machine. Pets are welcomed.

Towel and bedding change is done every seven nights, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves.

In the enclosed, grassy yard, guests have access to tables, chairs, and private parking.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
