Michelmar Villa is located near Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras and it could be the ideal choice for families and couples who’d like to enjoy in the safe, peaceful, beautiful and clean area close to the beach. Beautifully arranged and enclosed garden with a nice lawn and sitting set, tastefully and well-equipped accommodation units, internet, private parking and much more, make this accommodation one of the most popular in the last few seasons.

The accommodation is located in the Paradissos area, in Neos Marmaras, 90m from the beach, 100m from the supermarket and the bakery, 500m from the pharmacy, 600m from the doctor and about 800m from the entrance to Neos Marmaras.

In the offer are six studios for 2-3 people and three apartments for four people. The apartments are located in the central part of the building, while the studios are located on the left and right side, on all three levels of the house. Studios and apartments on the ground floor on the back of the house have the entrance five steps below the ground level, but they reach the yard level through the veranda enclosed with gates.

The apartments (40m2) have two single beds in the living room with a kitchen and a bedroom with one double bed and exit to a large terrace with a sitting set and a drying rack. The studios (30m2) have one double and a sofa bed with a standard mattress, as well as a spacious balcony. All kitchens have a stove, large fridge and all necessary kitchen elements, tastefully and with style fitted into the room design. Internet, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets are available to guests. If necessary, the owner can provide hairdryer, iron and baby cot. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after three nights.

The house has a spacious and enclosed courtyard, with private parking in the shade with enough space (10) for everyone. There’s also an outdoor shower, barbecue, tables with chairs and umbrellas, a space for children, greenery and soft and gentle grass that make this space ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Following the main road through Paradissos area, after passing the big parking Star Paradiso, make a right into the first street towards the beach and after 160m you’ll reach Michelmar Villa.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
