The beach is approximately 170 m away, while Dimitris taverna and a supermarket are about 160 m away. Neos Marmaras is one of the most well-known destinations in Sithonia, famous for its beautiful beaches and lively atmosphere during the summer season, offering numerous restaurants, cafés, and a seaside promenade ideal for evening walks and enjoying the sunset.

Studios and apartments are available, located on the ground floor or the first floor.

The studios are intended for up to three adults and one child. One studio located on the first floor features a double bed and a sofa for two persons, while the ground-floor studios are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, with the option of adding an extra folding bed for one person if needed.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to seven adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two persons and an additional single bed.

A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and an iron in some units, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a small oven with two or three hobs and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A kettle, coffee machine, and toaster are available in one studio and the apartment, while a washing machine and a large fridge with a freezer are available only in the apartment.

The courtyard is unfenced, with greenery and a portable barbecue, and parking can usually be found in front of the property.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring a high level of hygiene and an allergen-free environment, contributing to a more comfortable stay for all future guests.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is provided halfway through for bookings longer than ten days, while bed linen and towel changes are carried out every four days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
