Description
Georgia House is located near Neos Marmaras, a resort spread over three surrounding hills which is the center of happening in Sithonia, so everyone can find something to their taste, whether it's entertainment, gastronomy, or beaches. This accommodation is at a distance of 100m from Paradissos Beach, while it is located at a distance of 3.6km from the city beach.
Within the same courtyard, there are five houses, and in one of the houses, there are two apartments with one bedroom, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
These air-conditioned accommodation units provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
