Regos Resort Hotel is located in the first row to the sea, next to the promenade, by Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras. It offers air-conditioned rooms, equipped with wireless internet, TV and a private terrace with seating set. In the offer are 16 accommodation units: five standard, four premium and two junior rooms, as well as four superior and one family apartment.

Triple standard rooms (30m2) have one double and one single bed. They are located on the first and second floor and they have partial sea view or garden view.

Quadruple premium rooms (30m2) have one double or two single beds and one folding sofa for two adults (80x200 or 160x200). They are located on the first or the second floor and they have garden view.

Quadruple junior rooms (45m2) have one double bed and one folding sofa. One is on the ground floor, while the second one is on the first floor. Both have direct sea view.

Quintuple superior apartments (60m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed with one drawer bed and one sofa in the other room. They are located on the ground and on the first floor and they have sea view.

Quintuple family apartment (60m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed with one drawer bed and one sofa in the living room with a kitchen. It is located on the second floor and it has garden view.

All accommodation units have satellite TV, air condition, internet, safe, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Only the family apartment has a kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a small oven with hot plates and a kettle, while the other units don’t have kitchen, but only a small fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle. The terraces are private, with drying rack and seating set. The cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights, or upon arrangement with the owners. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas on the beach in front of the accommodation are available with purchased food or drinks from a snack bar.

The hotel has a nice courtyard, arranged by ecological standards, with recyclable tubs for production of organic fertilizer, barbecue and seating sets. Private parking for 16 cars is also available.

The accommodation is easy to find, it’s located in the central part of Paradissos beach, in the first row to the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
