If you're looking for decent accommodation, not far from the beach and port in Porto Koufo, Christodoulos Studios is the right choice. The accommodation units are neat and nicely furnished, and the sea view from the first floor will leave you breathless.
The accommodation is 200m from the beach and 350m from the nearest supermarket and famous taverns. The beach is sandy and narrow, but the entrance to the water has stones in some parts. If you want sand at the entrance, you can go to Hotel Meliton, or take a ride to Toroni (5km).
Christodoulos Studios consists of a 2-storey building and a separate cottage behind it. It is a very modest accommodation.
On the ground floor (two steps above the level of the courtyard) there are two quadruple studios (30m2) with one single bed in the kitchen and one single and a queen size bed in the bedroom. The rooms are separated, but not by the door. On the first floor, there are two more quadruple studios (30m2) with one single bed in the kitchen and a bedroom with one queen size bed and a single bed. The studios are air-conditioned, with TV, mosquito nets, a renovated bathroom with a shower tray without curtain and a passable balcony with table and chairs. The kitchens are equipped with all the necessary dishes and a small fridge, units on the ground floor only have hotplates, while the ones on the first floor have a mini-oven with hotplates. The ground-floor studios have a street view, while the first-floor studios have a partial sea view. The internet is currently unavailable. The wires for drying clothes are available only in the studios on the first floor.
The ground floor cottage is a apartment (35m2) that can accommodate up to four people. The house is five steps above the ground level. On the right side from the entrance, there's a small bathroom with no enclosed showering area, and each of the two bedrooms has one queen size bed and a single bed. The kitchen is very small, with a small fridge, one hotplate and the necessary dishes. One bedroom has air conditioning, while the other has a fan. There are mosquito nets on the entrance door and the windows, except in one of the bedrooms. The house has two TVs, and in front, there's a table with chairs and a wire for drying clothes. Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.
In the yard, guests have access to a table with chairs and parking. We would like to mention that the yard has no lighting. Small pets are allowed upon request. Bed linen and towels are being changed every fifth day.
Driving from the direction of Toroni, turn towards the port in Porto Koufo. When you reach the port, turn to the first street on the left (dirt road) and you will see the accommodation at the beginning of the street on the right side.
Christodoulos Studios is a great choice for those looking for a decent accommodation near the beach and the most famous taverns in Sithonia.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Za nekog ko nije previše zahtevan, smeštaj je odličan. Čista posteljina, udobni kreveti, hladovina u sobi, tako da klima nije ni potrebna. Prilikom ulaska u smeštaj se osetio malo miris vlage, ali kada se tu boravi i provetrava, miris se izgubi. Domaćini ljubazni, vole kućne ljubimce ❤️, dvorište veliko i senovito, odlično za parkiranje automobila, a i igru dece. Ima komaraca, ali oni su svuda neizbežni. Veoma slatko, romantično mesto, mirno i tiho, idealno za odmor i opuštanje. Iskreno, ima lepših smeštaja, ali nama je bilo izuzetno lepo i prijatno, da bismo ponovo letovali ovde.

Nije za preporuku a posebno nije za porodice sa decom. Kuća i dvorište su zapušteni. Unutra se oseća na vlagu i buđ. Dvorište i kuća su leglo komaraca koji su, pored svih hemijskih sredstava odbrane, prisutni tokom celog dana. Na prozorima u sobama nema mrežica pa je nemoguće izluftirati prostorije. Kupatilo je neuslovno, mnogo malo mesta za tuširanje i oseća se elektricitet i ako je bojler isključen. Neosvetljen prilaz dvorištu i kući. Nismo nikada u gorem smeštaju bili. VELIKI MINUS ZA NIKANU ŠTO U SVOJOJ PONUDI IMA OVAKAV SMEŠTAJ!
