Hotel Description

Giota House is an accommodation located in a very pleasant and quiet part of Psakoudia (towards Nikiti). It has a large and beautifully landscaped yard, so it is ideal for a family vacation. The sea view, as well as the pleasant and friendly owners, are just one more reason to choose this accommodation.

It is about 250m away from the undeveloped part of the beach, and 450m away from the organized part, as well as from the center with supermarkets, bars, and taverns.

There are eight two-bed studios and five four-bed apartments on the first and second floors.

The two-bed studios (No. 1, 9) have one double bed and have access to a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the sea. The two-bed studios (No. 8, 14) have two single beds, as well as a balcony with a seating area that overlooks the yard and has a side view of the sea. The two-bed studios (no. 2, 3, 6, 7) located on the first floor, have two single beds and access to a balcony with a direct view of the sea. The four-bed apartments (no. 4, 5, 11, 12, and 13) have two single beds in the bedroom and two more single beds in the room with the kitchen. They have access to a balcony that has a direct view of the sea, as well as a table and chairs.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have internet, TV, as well as mosquito nets. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer (except in studios where there is a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment), two hot plates, and is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bathrooms have a shower tray without a curtain and a hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and you can arrange cleaning with the owners. A baby cot is available upon prior request.

The accommodation has its own private parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space. The yard is spacious and adorned with a large palm tree in the middle, but it is not fenced.

Coming from the direction of Gerakini, at the first turn enter Psakoudia and go straight all the way to the Cronwell Resort and then turn right, then continue straight for some 450m and you will see the accommodation on your left.

Giota House is an ideal choice for families with children and all lovers of destinations that are in a quiet location near the beach. Also, the owners speak Serbian and they try to make the guests feel at home so that their vacation will remain in the best possible memory.

A very decent accommodation. The hostess is kind and accommodating, and her daughters speak Serbian. The hygiene is excellent. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

For those disturbed by noise and commotion, this accommodation is an excellent choice, especially since such disturbances are generally absent in Psakadia.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
