Accommodation description
Asterianna Villa is located in the town of Psakoudia in Sithonia and offers a beautiful courtyard, as well as apartments with a sea view.
Accommodation is divided into three buildings. Building A consists of four apartments located on the first and second floors, offering a direct view of the sea. Building B consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, and also has one apartment in the basement, while building C consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, as well as one in the basement.
The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi access. They provide a TV, as well as a free baby cot upon request.
The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a small oven with three burners.
Guests have access to free private parking, a shared barbecue, as well as a large courtyard with shade and seating area.
On the sandy beach, there are loungers and tables provided by the accommodation that are free for its guests. Each apartment has three loungers and one umbrella available.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

We stayed at Asterianni for 10 nights during July 2025. Regarding the accommodation, I believe the price-to-quality ratio is excellent, as it is rare to find such value for this amount of money. First of all, it is worth mentioning that the villa is located right on the beach. Thus, the beach is practically in your backyard; there is no road, promenade, or street to cross. Guests are provided with sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach tables, and astonishingly, there are more than enough of them. The beach itself is not ideal - the entrance is pleasant for the first few meters, and then you encounter stones and patches of grass. However, if you walk literally 50-100 meters toward the city center, you arrive at a lovely area where the bottom is completely sandy. I consider this the biggest downside - if effort were made to tidy up the beach, this would be an ideal place for a vacation. The courtyard is spacious, beautifully landscaped, with plenty of natural shade and ample seating for all guests. There are two outdoor showers in the courtyard. Behind the house, there is parking in the shade of olive trees. Furthermore, the apartments themselves are spacious, as if you have rented an apartment; I have never stayed in such large accommodations. There is a separate kitchen area, a large living room with two sofa beds and a dining area, and a bedroom. Each room has air conditioning, so if the night is hot, you can cool the space nicely without the air blowing directly on you. The hosts are relaxed, kind, and cheerful. They are always present but not intrusive; you hardly notice them, yet they provide everything you need (we requested "plugs" for the sockets since we have very small children and outdoor table lamps). The quality of the hosts is evident from the fact that everyone we spoke to were "returning guests" who have been coming here for years. All in all, we are very satisfied; the apartments come highly recommended, especially for families with small children. The only downside relates to the beach, but that is not the owners' fault.
