Owners description
Asterianna Villa is located in Psakoudia in Sithonia and offers a beautiful courtyard, as well as apartments with a sea view.
The accommodation is divided into three buildings. Building A consists of four apartments located on the first and second floor, offering a direct view of the sea. Building B consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, and it also has one apartment in the basement, and building C also consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, as well as one in the basement.
The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free internet access. They offer a TV, as well as a free baby cot on request.
The kitchens consist of a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a small oven with three burners.
Free private parking, shared barbecue, as well as a large yard with shade and seating are available. On the sandy beach there are deckchairs and tables from the accommodation which are free for its guests.
The guests themselves are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav! Gledala sam ovaj smeštaj Asterianna Villa, Psakudija. Trebaju mi 2 četvorokrevetna apartmana od 23 jula do 7 avgusta 2023 (15 noći). Vidim da ima slobodno ali i da se razlikuju sobe osim opcije pogleda na more... Pitanje, kako da znam koji od apartmana se nudi pod rezevacijom? Ima tri zgrade i svaka ima veći broj apartmana koji nisu isti.... Pa bi mi značilo da znam koji se rezeviše? Hvala unapred. lp Sonja
