Hotel Description

Asterianna Villa is located in the town of Psakoudia in Sithonia and offers a beautiful courtyard, as well as apartments with a sea view.

Accommodation is divided into three buildings. Building A consists of four apartments located on the first and second floors, offering a direct view of the sea. Building B consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, and also has one apartment in the basement, while building C consists of two apartments on the first and second floors, as well as one in the basement.

The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi access. They provide a TV, as well as a free baby cot upon request.

The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a small oven with three burners.

Guests have access to free private parking, a shared barbecue, as well as a large courtyard with shade and seating area.

On the sandy beach, there are loungers and tables provided by the accommodation that are free for its guests. Each apartment has three loungers and one umbrella available.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
