Hotel Description

Hrisa House is located in Psakoudia, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 110m from the sandy beach. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for families and couples, offering a quiet location close to the beach with beautiful sea views.

There are two apartments available, located on the first and second floor. Both apartments can accommodate two adults and two children. They consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

Upon request, a children’s crib is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned units include a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven,a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.

From the balcony, equipped with seating furniture, there is a view of the sea. In the landscaped garden, guests have access to a shared barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Parking space is provided for guests.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their hygiene during their stay. For reservations of ten or more nights, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, which guests replace themselves.

Hrisa House is located 18km from the popular resort of Nikiti, 39km from Neos Marmaras, and 71km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

A beautiful and tidy accommodation, spacious enough for a family of four. The beach is very close by, and the owners are kind and unobtrusive.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
