Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Stella’s Petit Atelier Studio is located in the village of Psakoudia, on Sithonia, just 65m from the beach. This modernly decorated apartment, with an emphasis on functionality and comfort, is an ideal choice for those seeking peace, aesthetics, and proximity to the sea.
Apartment is situated in the semi-basement and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster.
From the furnished veranda, a side view of the sea can be enjoyed.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Although parking is not provided for guests, there is always available street parking in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
