We stayed in a four-bed studio from the end of June to the beginning of July, and everything was wonderful! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cleaned and the sheets were changed every two days during our stay, the pool was pristine, and there was always a parking spot available.

Excellent, all praise goes to the staff, who are gracious hosts. They are always ready to assist. The place is clean and tidy, and the location is superb. Everything is nearby, situated in a tranquil part of Sarti.

A decent hotel for the price. The weak water pressure was my biggest issue.

Complaint. Water can only be used for showering, and only when it is available, as it often runs out. The air conditioning barely works and cannot cool a room of 15 square meters. Everything else is great.

The owners and staff are kind, and there is an employee who speaks Serbian. The condition of the property matches the pictures and description. The parking in the hotel courtyard is capable of accommodating all guests' vehicles.

A phenomenal location, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city yet conveniently close to everything.

We stayed at this hotel from July 29 to August 5, and we were dissatisfied in every respect. In my personal opinion, the pictures were overly enhanced, as our room did not resemble the images at all. The furniture was old and neglected, and the pool was extremely dirty. All in all, a complete disappointment.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for accommodating us and reserving the lodging. Vamvini is generally an excellent place for a getaway. The location is perfect, and despite being situated along the highway, there is no noise as the greenery mitigates the sound from the road. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and are always there to assist with anything needed. Cleanliness is also excellent, and the rooms offer ample space, so we are thoroughly satisfied with Vamvini and with you as our intermediary.

Well designed, but marked by extreme rudeness and significant uncleanliness. From the fifth day until the end of the vacation, the room remained uncleaned. The pool is terribly dirty.

We are thrilled. The owners are incredibly kind and warm-hearted, and the location is perfect as it is close to everything yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. The ambiance is beautiful. The owners prepare phenomenal food, both traditional and modern, catering to everyone’s tastes. Cleaning and changing of linens and towels occurs every three days; we are truly delighted and are already planning our return visit.

The hotel is easily accessible, as it is located on the main road, with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The location is tranquil, distanced from the center of Sarti, and there is no noise from the highway. However, it takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to the center, partly along a poorly lit road. The courtyard is lovely, surrounded by greenery, and the pool is clean. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with the kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and linens and towels are changed every two to three days. It is particularly noteworthy that the balcony doors are fitted with screens, considering the abundance of mosquitoes. Breakfast is reportedly served 'a la carte', however, the same items are provided each day (per person: 1 fried egg, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 pancake, 1 cream, jam, honey, several slices of bread, coffee OR juice).

Extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Vamvinis, we would gladly vacation there again.

The hotel is situated on the main road, with rooms that are clean, tidy, and spacious. Room cleaning is done every three days, and you have everything you need in the rooms, including towels, bath products, and shampoos.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean, maintained daily, and the bed linens and towels are changed every 3-4 days. The four-person studio and terrace are more than sufficient for two adults and two children. The bathroom is spacious, but there isn't enough storage space for clothing. In our accommodation, the wi-fi did not work, only on the terrace, which I consider a drawback, as it is a minimal investment that should function properly. The wi-fi works excellently by the pool, but that is not quite the same. The location is good, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle; some rooms have a sea view, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants. However, you must cross a street that is not illuminated at night, which can be a bit uncomfortable. All in all, aside from the wi-fi issue, I have no other complaints. We would stay at this accommodation again if we decide on Sarti.

The air conditioning barely worked (we complained several times, but to no avail). The internet in the rooms was poor, the bathroom was dreadful without a window, the terrace had uncomfortable wooden chairs, the kitchen was a disaster, the pool was dirty, and there were plenty of mosquitoes. The overall impression is catastrophic. We have never stayed in worse accommodation.

The only thing missing in the accommodation was an additional wardrobe, as we had only one small one, and for the four of us, at least one more of the same size was necessary to avoid keeping our belongings in the suitcase. Extremely courteous staff

The hotel is situated in a prime location in the tranquil area of Sarti. Spacious, tidy, and well-organized, it features courteous staff.

The accommodation is excellent, and the owners are exceptionally kind and hospitable.

The hosts are excellent, always ready to respond promptly to any feedback. We are satisfied with the breakfast; I believe it is worth it, especially for families with children. The pool is outstanding and clean. The brother and sister managing the hotel are very kind and always open to communication that is not solely related to the hotel. The only complaint pertains to the furniture in the room, particularly the bunk beds for children that creaked and swayed. Their age is the least of the issues, but the safety of the child, especially on the upper bunk, is highly questionable. We kindly ask you to address this matter for the safety of future guests' children. The room only has a makeshift IKEA wardrobe, and bags and suitcases become a problem in the accommodation. In conclusion, the surroundings are lovely, and the proximity to the center is excellent.

All compliments, the hotel's location is excellent for visiting the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. The owners are kind and ready to provide any assistance needed.

A decent accommodation, tidy and pleasant for relaxation.

The accommodation is quite satisfactory. If you are on the ground floor, there is a possibility that a lizard may enter from the beautifully landscaped courtyard, as well as the area around the pool. The room was professionally cleaned at the scheduled time, and everything is neat and tidy. The water in the pool is pleasantly warm, and it can be used from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 17:30 to 20:30. The beach is 400 meters away, and if you are driving (considering that there is a main road, which is recommended for the safety of children), there is a designated parking area. Additionally, parking is available in the courtyard of the property and is entirely acceptable. The studio with four accommodations we stayed in is somewhat cramped but functional. The terrace is decent, separated by special panels, allowing for a sense of privacy. The internet in the rooms hardly works, while the signal by the pool is excellent, where consuming your own food and drinks is prohibited; however, you can order from the bar at relatively reasonable prices. The host is kind and helpful.

The hotel looks truly beautiful, and the pool makes a significant difference. It would be beneficial for the pool's operating hours to be more flexible, from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The rooms are small but functional, and the terrace is a saving grace. The beds are comfortable, although the kitchen is minimally equipped. It is exceptionally warm on the second floor due to the slab above, and even the air conditioning has struggled to lower the temperature. Towel replacement and cleaning occur only once every 8 days. Access to the hotel from Sarti on foot is problematic, as one must walk along the main road, and the shortcut through a semi-construction site requires crossing over loose sand. The staff is courteous.

An excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Close to the sea, with bed linens changed every other day and regular room cleaning. In other words, anyone who stays here will not make a mistake. Perhaps a minor drawback is the weaker WiFi signal in the room we were in, but as soon as you step outside, the signal is quite solid. It may be a drawback, or perhaps not, but you are on vacation and you don’t really need the internet :) All praises.

A very pleasant hotel. Excellent service, tidy rooms, with cleaning every three days. There is ample parking available. The area is lovely, adorned with trees and palm trees. It is situated on the main road, within walking distance from the center of Sarti.

Spacious, tranquil, and tidy accommodation featuring a moderately equipped kitchen. The ground floor boasts terraces, mostly shaded, which was highly beneficial for us. It includes blinds and mosquito nets, though it would be advantageous to add another nightstand in the apartment we occupied. The distance from the center is not a significant issue as there is a promenade stretching along the entire length of Sarti (the end is at one of the shortcuts to the hotel). Overall, the property comes highly recommended; we had a lovely time, except for two evenings when there was minor disruption of the house rules from one studio!

We stayed at the Vamvinis Hotel from July 11, 2016, to July 21, 2016. We carry exceptionally positive impressions of the hotel and its staff. The hotel is actually much more beautiful in person than in the pictures; the images are evidently outdated as both the hotel and its surroundings have been renovated, so I suggest you update them! Additionally, it is not mentioned in the description that the linens and towels are changed every other day, which is a wonderful and important piece of information, while it inaccurately states that the bathroom has a hairdryer. The studios and apartments are very spacious and quite nicely furnished! My husband, our three children, and I stayed in a ground-floor apartment and were extremely satisfied; it was the first time we didn’t feel cramped! Overall, we are very pleased and would gladly return to the same accommodation if we come back to Sarti! I also want to commend and thank everyone I communicated with via email; I received detailed responses to every question in the shortest possible time! Kudos! We enjoyed ourselves!

The accommodation is outstanding; I have no major complaints except for a few minor details, and I recommend it to everyone. I can only offer suggestions on how to improve the overall impression. The images on the websites need to be updated, as the hotel is now ten times more beautiful than in the old pictures displayed on the site, which convey the image of an average establishment with an unkempt environment. The reality is the opposite; the property is fantastic, and the park surrounding the hotel is even better. When using the pool, it is not allowed to consume our own drinks, which is somewhat inappropriate, as it feels like "petty extortion" that we must buy drinks at the bar next to the pool. Transparent. If I have paid for the use of the pool, I see no reason for someone to limit me in such matters. The chairs on the terrace are wooden, old, with fabric that is tearing. They should at least be varnished and have the fabric replaced or the chairs swapped out. The kitchens, like in most establishments in Greece, lack sufficient utensils. Four people, four plates, four glasses, and four cups. What should I use to prepare and serve a salad? Not to mention a more substantial meal. How should I serve neighbors from the adjacent apartment when we drink coffee or beverages together? The old stove, which heated slowly, is no longer usable. We had to request a replacement. We are not asking for home-like conditions, but a slightly better-equipped kitchen would not be a disadvantage. WiFi needs to be improved in the area where the rooms are located. Around the pool, it is okay. The rest does not depend on the friendly hosts, but everything will be even better when the streets with direct access to the beach open (if they ever do). As it stands, one must detour to reach the beach, making the distance to the sea a full 400-500 meters instead of the actual 250. Along the main road, which leads to the town or the beach, there is no pedestrian area, which is very dangerous.

The Vamvinis Hotel comes highly recommended. Starting with its location, situated on the main road, surrounded by greenery. There is a pool and ample parking space for cars. The rooms are spacious, equipped with sufficient utensils, and the bathroom is of decent size. Rooms are cleaned every other day, and the bed linens are changed every three days. The staff is extremely courteous and unobtrusive. We encountered an issue with our car, which was left on the beach 13 km from the hotel. For two days, they drove us to the beach to retrieve the car, and they refused to discuss compensation for fuel costs. The beach in New Sarti is 450 meters away, while the pedestrian zone is 300 meters away.
