Hotel Description

Giota House is one of the most popular accommodations in Sarti, due to its location and the beautifully decorated interior. It’s located in the new part of Sarti, in the first row to the sea, so it has a fantastic sea view.

The beach is only 10m far, and the center is about 1km away. The nearest store is located next to the house.

Two double studios (20m2), both on the ground floor, have one double bed. One tdouble studio (22m2) has one double bed, it’s located on the first floor and it has a sea view. Two triple studios (25m2) have one double and a single bed. Both have a sea view. One is located on the ground floor, while the other one is on the first floor. Superior studio (43m2) is located on the first floor. It has one double and a single bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen is in the separated room. Three sextuple apartments (45m2) have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Each bedroom has one double and a single bed. Two are located on the first floor, one has a side sea view and the other one has a direct sea view, while the third one is on the ground floor with a direct sea view.

All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and kitchen, as well as sea view (some have side sea view, some have direct sea view). Some are on the ground floor and some are on the first floor. Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days.

In front of the house there is a public parking. On guests’ disposal is also a mobile grill.

After entering Sarti from the north, continue along the main road towards Sykia for about 2km and take right at the eighth exit. Carry on that street for another 200m, turn to the right and 20m later you will see Giota House on your right-hand side.

Giota House is a great choice if you’re looking for a quality accommodation, on the beach, in the new part of Sarti. It is suitable for families with small children due to the shallow sea on the beach in front, unlike in the old part of Sarti where it’s much deeper.

Excellent accommodation. Located across from the beach, it is clean and pleasant. Situated in a new, quieter part of Sarti, it is highly recommended for families with children.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
