My stay in Sarti was the most beautiful vacation, thanks to Evelen Studio and its owner, who warmly welcomed us and showed us where the markets, restaurants, and the most beautiful beaches in the Sarti area are located. The accommodation is well-designed, everything is beautifully coordinated, and there is ample space for everyone. On the ground floor, there are balconies in front of the rooms that serve as entrances, while on the first floor, there are terraces on one side and entrances to the rooms on the other. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking spaces available. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The hosts are exceptionally kind, and the studio is perfect for two; it is very clean, with towels and bed linen changed every 3-4 days (we had them changed 4 times during our 14-night stay). The location is ideal if you are determined to explore the nearby beaches, of which there are many, as you are right by the main road, away from the hustle and bustle, and you have a parking space available.

Charming accommodation, a smaller studio room, recommended for two. It offers a beautiful view of the sea and Mount Athos located on the other side. The accommodation is isolated from the noise of the city. Parking is provided, and there is hot water available 24 hours a day. The owners are very friendly and available for any questions; through them, you can even find good olive oil, olives, wine, and homemade tsipuro. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you wish to avoid noise. Parking in Sarti during the season (August 13 - August 28) is a nightmare, but this accommodation has it secured.

We are extremely satisfied with the studio and its location. The studio is small, but it is just right for the two of us. We would not recommend it for families with children, but rather for couples. The view from the upper floor is excellent; you can see Sarti, the sea, and Mount Athos. You have your own parking space, which is a significant advantage in Sarti, as the entire area is filled with cars. Although the studios are above the main road, it is literally only 3-5 minutes to the beach (downhill) or 5-8 minutes from the beach (uphill). In the middle of that "walk" is the center of old Sarti, where all the restaurants, fast food places, shops, and souvenir stores are located. The owner is very kind and puts in a lot of effort. A few items were missing in the studio, but he brought them to us in just 2 minutes. He provided us with a map and pointed out the best beaches, restaurants, and taverns he recommends throughout Sithonia. The studio itself faces the sea, allowing for a view of the sunrise, and it is sunny in the morning, but by around 1 PM, the terrace becomes cool. The terraces have awnings that can be lowered, and the studio is equipped with mosquito nets and metal shutters. We, of course, opted for air conditioning at 5 € per day, as the walls were hot while it was pleasant on the terrace. The location suited us perfectly, as we do not enjoy crowds and noise, making this isolation ideal for rest during the night and early afternoon. Additionally, being next to the main road was convenient for us, as we mostly visited the surrounding beaches. Overall, an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

Disadvantages: Small studio size, which results in limited space for belongings, as well as the absence of at least a table and a chair inside. Lack of privacy on the terrace and poor sound insulation. Conclusion: We were generally satisfied and could consider staying in the same accommodation again. I believe that those who are not overly demanding and value hygiene will be pleased with this accommodation.

In front of the accommodation is a terrace with partial natural shade and a small lawn, which adds a special charm when you enjoy your morning coffee there, and an additional advantage is that from your terrace you can see the sea. I believe a significant advantage of this accommodation is that it is somewhat secluded from the city center, allowing you to relax or take a nap at any time of the day. To avoid the impression that the accommodation is too far from the beach, I will mention that it took us only five minutes to walk from the accommodation to the beach in Sarti.
