Our description
Tastefully decorated in a Greek style, in white and blue, Rudi Studios is a small heaven for vacation in Sarti. The beach is across the street, with a beach bar owned by the same people. The owners are very kind and on guests' disposal for anything they might need.
Rudi Studios is located at the beginning of the new part of Sarti, at only 10m from the beach. The closest market and bakery are at 20m.
The accommodation consists of three quadruple studios and three quadruple apartments. Two apartments and two studios are semi-based. One apartment is on the first floor and one studio is on the second floor. Apartments and studios are between 35m2 and 40m2. Apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the room with kitchen. Studios have a double bed and two sofa beds in the same room.
Accommodation units are nicely decorated, with a dominant white and blue colour. They have air conditioning, TV, internet, bathroom and kitchen with stove and big fridge. Some have mosquito nets, some don't. The studio and apartment on the floor have a balcony, while the semi-based ones have a table and chairs in front, but the space is not separated. Table and chairs are on the balconies as well as inside of the room. Guests are in charge of the maintenance of the room during the stay, or they can hire a cleaning lady at extra cost. Clean bed linen and towels are provided after three days. Pets are allowed.
As part of this accommodation, there's a beach bar whose umbrellas and sunbeds can be used with a purchased drink.
The easiest way to reach the house is to follow the road next to the beach, from the old to the new part of Sarti, you will see recognisable white-blue house and you reached your destination.
For all those looking for accommodation on the beach and close to all features, Rudi Studios is an excellent choice.

Rudi Studios is located on the eastern side of the Sithonia, Halkidiki in the cosmopolitan and picturesque settlement of Sarti. The complex is situated right on the beach, offering a view of the endless sandy beach of Sarti, making it one of the most attractive places to stay in Sarti Halkidiki.
Each room has its own fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, double sink, porcelain kitchenware and living room that can accommodate four people. Enjoy views of the garden and the beautiful beach from the balcony of your room.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini, uvek prisutni za sva pitanja, tečno govore i engleski i srpski.Lokacija odlična, plaža, beach bar i šetalište ispred objekta, pogled na more, veliki parking sa strane i market, pekara, poslastičarnica iza objekta. Blizina centra na nekoliko minuta hoda kroz ulice sa suvenirima, tavernama i fast food restoranima, poslastičarnicama...Do centra se može doći i šetalištem pored mora gde su sa jedne strane bašte restorana a sa druge beach barovi.Zbog dužine boravka boravili smo u apartmanu 6 i studiu 7, oba nameštena u grčkom stilu sa puno pažljivo odabranih detalja, jako prijatan ambijent, oba sa pogledom na more.Apartman 6 odličan izbor za porodicu iako su oba prostrana, apartman je sa odvojenom sobom, 2 terase što omogućava odličnu ventilaciju i može se spavati čak i bez klime jer je sa obe strane dosta hlada.U studiu 7 je pogled spektakularan, puno konfora za porodicu sa malom decom ali manje privatnosti za porodicu sa starijom decom-prednost dajem apartmanu iako su oba jednako opremljena.Održavanje na visokom nivou, čistoća očigledna, sadrže sve potrebno za održavanje higijene.Kuhinje su tako dobro opremljene da oni koji uživaju da kuvaju imaju sve što je potrebno i dobrog kvaliteta.Iz prethodnog iskustva, nikad nismo imali bolje opremljenu kuhinju i trpezarijski prostor iako to nije najvažnije za letovanje mnogo olakšava boravak porodicama.Kupatila prostrana, normalno snadbevanje vodom.Više wi fi mreža dostupno.Najlepši utisak i ono što ostaje u pamćenju je sam ambijent apartmana, udobno i sa puno pažnje opremljeno.Hvala domaćinima!
