Our description
Evi's Seasons Studios is located just a few meters from the sea, in the old part of Sarti. It can be an excellent choice for those who want to be close to the center and the beach.
The beach is about 60m away, and the center of Sarti about 150m away.
The offer includes three three-bed studios and one five-bed apartment. The studios have one double bed and one single bed and are all located on the first floor. Two have a direct and one has a side sea view. The apartment has a double bed in one room, and the other one has a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is also located on the first floor and overlooks the street. Currently not available for bookings.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet and TV. In the bathroom, there is a shower tray with a curtain. A hair dryer is also available to the guests. The kitchens are equipped, they have two hotplates, a kettle and small refrigerators with a freezer compartment.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while the hygiene of the studio is maintained by the guests.
The disadvantage of this accommodation is that it does not have a yard, which is the case with most accommodation in Sarti, and it can be a problem with parking, especially in the height of the season, but public parking is about 300m away.
As part of the accommodation, there is a beach bar in front, whose umbrellas and sunbeds the guests can use if they order a drink.
You will reach the accommodation by going straight to the beach when you reach the large public parking lot in Sarti, then turn left into the street that goes along the coast, continue straight for about 200m and you will see this building on your left.
If you want to be in the center of all the events, a step away from the beach, Evi's Season is an excellent choice.

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Evi's Seasons, a property with a terrace, is located in Sarti, 50m from Sarti Beach, 600m from Achlada Beach, as well as 2.2 km from Platania Beach. Featuring sea and city views, this apartment also offers free WiFi.
Opening onto a balcony, the air-conditioned apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Apartman je čist, opremljen osnovnim stvarima ukoliko želite da pripremite sami. Pogled na more je prelep. Sve je u blizini od plaže koja je na 50 metara do restorana i zabavnih aktivnosti. Mi smo prezadovoljni komunikacijom i gostoprimstvom domaćina.

Domacica izuzetno prijatna (i poklon smo dobili). Smestaj renoviran, cist, sa pogledom na more.Smesten u centu, na plazi, gde je sve na dohvat ruke ali nije buka, lepo smo spavali sa malim detetom.

pre svega hvala Vama što ste nam našli smeštaj,što se tiče smeštaja je super, blizu je mora, unutra je sve je super, čisto, jedina zamerka je to što nema parking mesta ali dobro to smo rešili i parkirali se na javnom parkingu pored mora, domaćini su bili ljubazni,verovatno ćemo Vas opet kontaktirati za sledeću godinu za isti studio broj 4.Ja ću dati ocenu 10.S poštovanjem

Postovani, Hvala Vama na ovako divnom smestaju i divnom osoblju koje ima.Elena je jedna divna zena, koja nam je izasla u susret za sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Smestaj je dobar shodno ceni. Posebno nam je odgovarala blizina mora. Nadam se da cemo do kraja leta uraditi jos jednu rezervaciju, uz Vasu pomoc. Hvala na saradnji

Izuzetna lokacija. Smeštaj uobičajen za Grčku. Kupatilo skroz novo. Predivan pogled na more. Domaćini preljubazni. Zamenjena posteljina i peškiri na polovini letovanja i kompletno očišćen apartman tog dana uz dogovor sa nama kada nismo tu da nam ne bi smetali. Domaćica nam je na rastanku spakovala mali poklončić sa domaćim sokom i slatkom od kajsija.
