Accommodation description
Gianna House is located at the end of the old part of Sarti, in the second row from the beach. The sandy beach is divided into several parts by rocky promontories, and only a road and one building separate it from the house. The nearest supermarket, as well as bars and taverns, are located 50m away.
Accommodation consists of two quadruple and four double studios. All are located on the first floor, except for one quadruple studio which is on the ground floor.
The quadruple studios (about 25m2) feature one double bed and bunk beds. The studios face the sea. The double studios (about 20m2) have either a double bed or two single beds. Studios (No. 1 and 3) have a view of the courtyard, while studios (No. 2 and 4) have a side sea view.
The studios have a balcony with awnings or umbrellas, a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a small refrigerator. All bathrooms are renovated and have a shower tub with a curtain. A new set of bed linen and towels is available halfway through the stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. A hairdryer is available from the owner when needed.
The accommodation does not have its own yard or parking. It is possible to park right next to the house, under the children’s playground.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left into the second street upon entering Sarti. Continue straight down that street until the end, then turn left and after about 100m, you will see Gianna House on the left side. Since the center is closed in the evening due to the promenade, it is safer to turn left into the fourth street next to the Fact club, and continue straight down that street until the end, then turn left again, and after 350m, you will see the house on the left side.
The friendly owners are available to guests whenever they need something. The accommodation exudes freshness and cleanliness, making it suitable for couples, but also for families due to its proximity to the children’s playground.

The studio is small, but tidy. The kitchen is equipped and has everything you need. The owners are kind. The location is excellent. Everything is close, and you can hear the waves all the time.
