The location of Gianna House is splendid, as it is situated in the old part where all the content of Sarti is concentrated, yet in a peaceful place. It is only about 30 meters away from the sandy beach. Perfect for couples.
Gianna House is located towards the end of the old part of Sarti, in the second row from the beach. The sandy beach is divided into several parts by rocky capes, with only a road and one building separating it from the house. The nearest supermarket, as well as bars and taverns, are located 50 meters away.
The accommodation consists of two quadruple and four double studios. All of them are on the first floor, except for one quadruple studio that is on the ground floor.
The quadruple studios (around 25m2) feature one double bed and bunk beds. The studios are facing the sea. The double studios (around 20m2) have either a double bed or two single beds. Studios (no. 1 and 3) have a view of the courtyard, while studios (no. 2 and 4) have a side sea view.
The studios have a balcony with awnings or parasols, a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a small fridge. All bathrooms are renovated and have a shower cabin with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. A hairdryer is available from the owner when needed.
The accommodation does not have its own yard or parking. It is possible to park right next to the house, under the children’s playground.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left into the second street upon entering Sarti. Continue straight down that street until the end, then turn left, and after about 100m, you will see Gianna House on the left. Since the center is closed in the evening due to the promenade, it is safer to turn left into the fourth street, next to the Fact club, and continue straight down that street until the end, then turn left again, and after 350m, you will see the house on the left.
The friendly owners are available to guests whenever they need something. The accommodation exudes freshness and cleanliness, making it suitable for couples, but also for families as it is next to a children’s playground.
