Hotel Description

Irina Villa is newly built accommodation, tossed into the beautiful old Sarti. This house is a great choice for those who do not like noise, yet want to be close to all the content.

Villa is located 350m from the beach, and from the city center (markets, bakeries, souvenir shops, taverns) around 200m.

There are four triple studios (22m2) on the second floor, featuring a double and a single bed and three quadruple studios (35m2) on the ground, first and second floor, with a double, a single and a drawer bed. Kitchen is eqipped with hot plates and fridge with freezer. In the bathroom there is a shower tray. The studios have internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and a balcony (3,5m2). Two triple studios have direct sea view, while the other two have side sea view. All quadruple studios have mountain view. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 4-5 days.

This vila doesn’t have courtyard, as well as private parking, but guests can park around the house.

In order to reach villa Irina turn to the second street left from the main road Sarti-Sykia, from the north. Continue straight around 120m until the second street on the left where you should turn again and after 20m you will see the villa on the left.

The owner is very friendly and available to guests. Irina Villa is highly recommended, because it’s completely new and beautifully decorated, with good price and quality ratio.

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. The rooms are triple, with the possibility of pulling out a third bed, thus creating a fourth bed. I would come back again!

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
