We had a wonderful time on our vacation; the owners were exceptionally kind, and there were no unpleasant experiences. However, the accommodation lacked a trash can and a curtain in the bathroom, and we noticed that the beds were rather uncomfortable for sleeping. Despite this, we are quite satisfied with the location of the accommodation and the hospitality.

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. The rooms are triple, with the possibility of pulling out a third bed, thus creating a fourth bed. I would come back again!

I wholeheartedly recommend and praise Villa Irina! We have been vacationing in Sarti for six years, staying in various accommodations, some with more beautiful interiors, but in terms of cleanliness, which is at an admirable level, we have yet to experience a place as pristine as this, both in the apartment and the property itself. The linens are changed every two days, and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned. You enjoy complete peace and privacy; no one intrudes or monitors your every entrance and exit from the property, yet upon arrival, you are informed about where to knock and request any kind of assistance or service. The only drawback is the air conditioning, which, when turned on, emits a very unpleasant odor for the first ten minutes, although it diminishes afterward. Of course, I must not forget to commend Nikana, through whom we have been vacationing for the past years.

We stayed in a four-person apartment on the first floor. The apartment is spacious; the bathroom is small but not a major issue, and the terrace is just right for four people. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, and you can ask the staff for toilet paper or soap if needed. The staff is friendly, as is the landlady, Irina. Next to the apartment, there is parking for six cars, and a large public parking lot is just twenty steps away, where there is always space available.

Wonderful... the landlady is lovely, cleanliness is at a high standard, peaceful and quiet... All praises!

Regarding the accommodation itself, it is situated in a very beautiful location, and the view is splendid from the side where the sea and Mount Athos can be seen. The only drawback of the terrace, which has also been noted by the neighbors next to our apartment, is that there is no awning, which is usually found on the villas around us. This makes it a bit difficult to stay on the terrace in the morning as it gets quite hot; the sun is already shining brightly from 7-8 AM. Furthermore, the terrace is the only place where one can eat, as there are no tables and chairs in the rooms. Therefore, this is a downside that concerns us. The landlady is a decent woman.

Beautiful, clean accommodation. Good internet, excellent location. There were no issues with parking around the villa. The only drawback is the poor stove in the kitchen, small and very slow burners.

The owner is fair, and communication is effortless. You also receive their towels, which is not a common practice in apartments.

Irina Villa is a beautiful, clean, and excellently located villa. It has its own small parking area where not everyone can park, but there is a large parking lot nearby, so it is not an issue. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the four-person apartment offers ample space. However, the one on the second floor tends to get quite warm, and the air conditioning struggles to cool it down. It would be beneficial to have more kitchenware, at least an additional pot. It is advisable that if you plan to cook, you bring your own pot.

Excellent service and extremely courteous staff. At any time, you can contact the owner for any issue, which is a significant advantage. Very clean and beautifully arranged.

A beautiful place, the accommodation is completely new, modern, and comfortable. Just as depicted in the pictures and description. Kindness comes first, and the hygiene is excellent. The price is in line with the location and setting. Peaceful, yet just a minute from the center. I would gladly return.

Our initial visit to Irina Villa in Sarti will certainly not be our last! The hosts were wonderful, and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable, earning a perfect 10/10. The accommodation is lovely and clean, just as depicted in the pictures. The villa is situated on a small hill, yet it is close to the beach and the center of old Sarti. The issue is parking, but that is a common problem throughout old Sarti; however, there is usually a place to park nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the villa. A point of criticism is that the linens were only changed once during our ten-day stay, and underneath them, there seems to be some kind of plastic or fabric that crinkles with every movement. The apartments are a bit warmer, but there is air conditioning available. Overall, we are satisfied with the accommodation and the agency's service. It is true that there are no curtains in the shower cabin and it splashes, but that did not bother us. On the owner's side, there was no interference, which is commendable. We didn't even meet them; for everything, you can turn to the girls who work here and maintain the property.

The wi-fi is extremely poor, almost non-existent; they have not changed the bedding or towels even once, and there are no partitions on the terraces, which means there is no privacy. The villa is situated high on a hill, making the climb to it exhausting, especially with small children. Overall, the price is too high for such accommodation.

On the day of departure, we checked out of the accommodation at 12 PM - early morning departures are not permitted unless arranged through local agencies. The landlady was accommodating and did not intrude; upon our arrival, she welcomed us in the apartment with juices and cold water, which was quite refreshing after a long journey - a lovely gesture.

The issues we faced included an exceedingly weak Wi-Fi connection that was often nonexistent, low water pressure, insufficient cutlery, a lack of kitchen utensils, and a noisy refrigerator. The terraces are interconnected, which compromises privacy; the terrace is quite small, so when you step out, you practically sit shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor. The villa is situated on a hill, offering a beautiful view, but this can be problematic if you have a small child and did not bring a stroller. The landlady is very pleasant.
