Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiPlatania Dimitris Studios is the accommodation on a quiet location just outside of Sarti, far from the noise. Platania beach is at only 100m, it's sandy and with gradual depth, so it's ideal for children. The accommodation is an excellent choice for families because, besides parking, enclosed yard and a barbecue, they also have toys for children.
Next to the accommodation, there's a tavern, while for supermarket and bakery you should go to Sarti (2,5km) There are umbrellas on the beach, as well as plenty of room for visitors with their own equipment. The great advantage of this beach is that it's never crowded.
Platania Dimitris Studios consists of three buildings set in a spacious courtyard.
The first building has two quadruple apartments (no. 4 and 5) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. Both have a partial sea view.
In the second building, there are two triple studios (no. 2 and 3) and units in which ones the owners live. Studios are equipped with one double bed and one sofa.
The third building is a separated small house (no. 1) at the end of the yard. There is one double bed in the bedroom, while in the room with a kitchen there is one single bed.
All accommodation units (20-25m2) have mosquito nets on the windows, internet, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom. Kitchens are modestly equipped, they have hotplates and small fridge. In the bathrooms of studios and a small house, there are just showers (without a cabin, only tiles), while in the apartments in the first building there is an edged showering area. The guests enter into the clean accommodation unit, they maintain the hygiene if they want to and receive clean bed linen and towels after 4-5 days. Pets can only stay in a small house.
Inside of the big enclosed yard, guests can use a gazebo with built barbecue, covered parking and toys for children.
After exiting Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, on the first curve, you will come across a sharp turn to the left that leads towards Platania beach. Turn to that street and continue ahead for 350m until you see this accommodation on the right-hand side.
If you're looking for accommodation in a quiet place, close to the beach and Sarti, Platania Dimitris Studios can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
