Description
Siroco Apartment is located in Sarti, on a sandy beach, in the first row from the sea. There's a beautiful sea view from the spacious terrace that surrounds it. The apartment is ideal for families with children who are looking for accommodation on a quiet location, yet close to all amenities.
It's located on the ground floor and it is part of a large house belonging to another accommodation. Only the street divides it from the beach, and all the facilities are only few meters away.
The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds, while in a room with the kitchen there's a sofa bed for two. The kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a toaster and a large fridge, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace has a sitting set and sea view. If necessary, the owner can add a baby cot and feeding chair. Clean towels and bed linen are stashed in the bedroom wardrobe, so guests themselves are replacing them, as well as maintain the hygiene.
The apartment has no private yard or parking, but there is large public parking just in front of it. In the beach bar, along with the purchased drinks, there are sun beds and parasols available.
The best way to reach the apartment is to turn off the main road towards the football field. Drive ahead until you reach the beach, then turn left and continue straight until you see Siroco Apartment on the corner on the left.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
