Our description
Luxury and newly built accommodation, Astra Luxury Suites, is located in a peaceful location in new part of Sarti, above the main road. The swimming pool is at the disposal of the youngest guests and the older ones, and the barbecue, is ideal for afternoon enjoyment with friends.
The beach is around 300m far and the closest market is around 350m. In that new part of Sarti there are taverns and a few bars on the beach. The center of the place is 1,5km.
The accommodation consists of a studio, one apartment in the basement, two three-bed studios on the ground floor, one apartment on the ground floor and apartments on the first, second and third floors. Of three semi-based studios, two are double and one is quadruple. Double one (19m2) has a double bed, triple studios (23m2) have a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, while the quadruple one (25m2) has a double bed and a folding sofa for two persons. All studios have a pool view. All apartments have four beds, one (28m2) is in the basement, one is on the ground floor, three are on the first floor, and the other nine (30m2) are distributed on the first, second and third floors. In the bedroom is a double bed, while in the room the kitchen is a fold-in sofa for two persons. They overlook mountain or pool.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, SAT TV, internet, safe, mosquito nets, hair dryer, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a coffee machine, a kettle and a small fridge. In the bathroom is an edged showering space that has a glass partition from one side, while in the Executive studios and apartments, there is a shower cabin. On the balcony, there are a table, chairs and an umbrella.
The courtyard has a swimming pool, which has a shallow part for children and is open from 10 am till 8 pm. Around the swimming pool, there are a machine for drinks, an outdoor shower, sunbeds, a gazebo and a barbecue. Each accommodation unit has its own, numbered, covered parking place.
In order to reach the accommodation, you should turn from the main road to the dirt road next to the Phyllis Hotel and after a few meters, you will see accommodation on your left side.
If you want to enjoy the silence, while swimming in the pool, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Owners description
Astra Suites is a new complex with studios and apartments in Sarti, 290m from the beautiful Blue Flag awarded beach. The apartments are located on the first, second and third floor, while five studios and two apartments are set on the ground floor.
All the apartments (30m2) have an equipped kitchen and a toilet with shower. They're air-conditioned, have Wifi internet and a satellite TV. There's one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and toilet. Their maximum capacity is four persons.
The studios located on the ground floor accommodate up to four persons. They're fitted with one double and a single bed, possibly adding one auxiliary bed if needed.
There's a large grassy yard with two swimming pools (big for adults and small for children), sunbeds, barbecue facilities, and parking place in the hotel area.
Towels are replaced after three days. Light cleaning is performed every day (we do not wash your dishes).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je lepo uredjen,opremljen do detalja. Dvoriste lepo,sa odlicnim.bazenom. Terasa je jedino mala sve ostalo ok.
