Our description
Stelitsa House is a completely renovated (2020) and modernly equipped facility located in a quiet part of Sarti, close to the center and the beach.
The building is at a distance of about 60m from the town's sandy beach, and the nearest tavern is about 50m away.
It offers one double studio (20m2), eleven triple studios (20m2) and one quintuple apartment (40m2). Triple studios are also rented as double ones.
The studios are located on the first and second floor.
Triple studios are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while double studios have a double bed. They also have a balcony overlooking the street.
The apartment is semi-based and one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. It also has a private sitting area in front of the entrance as well as two air conditioners.
The kitchen is the same everywhere, it has an induction hob, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a cooker and all the necessary dishes. All accommodation units have only tiles in the bathroom without shower tray, they are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV, internet and a hair dryer.
Changing of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning are done every four days, and the stay of pets is not allowed.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but you can park your car on the street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, take the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight and turn left into the eighth street and drive straight for another 240m and then turn right. You will see the accommodation on your left.
If you are looking for modern accommodation and it is important for you to be close to the center and the beach, but also to have your own peace, then Stelitsa House is the right choice.

Stelitsa House has been newly renovated (2020)! Situated just meters from the sandy beach in Sarti, Halkidiki, the stylish rooms and apartment offer an ideal and convenient location. Just a one minute walk to the beach, seafood restaurants and shopping.
Stelitsa House is a family run business. The rooms and apartments can accommodate from 2-5 persons. The central location is convenient but still in a quiet part of Sarti. Parking can be found on the street and WiFi internet is provided
All the rooms and apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (small fridge, stove), air conditioner, balcony, WC/shower and a flat screen television.
Sarti beach is only 50 meters from the hotel. Here you also have some of Sarti’s best restaurants. The shopping streets of Sarti begin 100 m away. Sarti gives easy access to many spectacular beaches like Portokali beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
