Description
Kitsa View is a newly built accommodation located near the city beach, at the crossing between old and new Sarti. Since it has a small number of accommodation units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.
The beach is only 20m away, and there are numerous markets and bakeries nearby, while the town center is 400m away.
The offer includes a five-bed duplex apartment on the second floor, which faces the promenade and has one double bed and one single bed in one bedroom, and one double bed in the other. The kitchen is separate, and there is a table with chairs both in the kitchen and on the balcony. If necessary, the owner can add a cot for the baby.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet, TV and mosquito net. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, has a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hob with two hotplates and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has tiles and glass partition on the side in the shower area, and a hair dryer is also available to the guests.
Pets can stay in the accommodation with prior agreement with the owner, and bed linen and towels are changed in agreement with the owner as well.
There is no private parking, but guests can park in the large public parking lot in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the Fact club, then take the first street on the right and drive it all the way to the end. The street then leads to the left, continue there straight and after the second turn to the right you will come across this accommodation, which is located on the very corner across from the parking lot.
Kitsa View is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation near the beach, the main promenade and all other contents.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
