Hotel Description

Kitsa View is accommodation located near the town beach, at the transition point between the old and new parts of Sarti. As it offers only a small number of units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.

The beach is only 20 meters away, and numerous markets and bakeries are nearby, while the town center is 400 meters away.

There are two apartments available. The apartment with two bedrooms is located on the first floor and faces the promenade. It has one double bed and one single bed in one bedroom, while the second bedroom contains a double bed. The kitchen is separate, and there is a dining table with chairs both in the kitchen and on the terrace.

The second apartment has one bedroom and is also located on the first floor. It is intended for four adults. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for two people.

The owner can provide a baby crib if needed.

The apartments are air-conditioned and have internet, a TV, hairdryer, and iron. The kitchen is equipped with necessary dishes, and includes a toaster, kettle, a two-burner stove, and a large fridge with a freezer. The larger apartment also has a coffee machine.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior consultation with the owner. Bed linen and towels can also be changed upon arrangement with her.

There is no private parking, but guests can use the large public parking lot in front of the accommodation.

When arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at Fact club, then take the first street on the right and drive all the way to the end. The street then curves to the left—keep going straight, and after the second right turn, you will find this accommodation located right on the corner across from the parking lot. Kitsa View is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation near the beach, the main promenade, and all other amenities.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
