Sithon Apartment Hotel is located in a peaceful part of the new Sarti, an ideal location for visitors who wish to spend their vacation far from crowds, yet still close to the amenities this place provides.
It is situated only 50m away from the beach, where you can find numerous cafes and bars, while the nearest supermarket is 200m away from the property. The center of Sarti is approximately 2km away.
It offers three-bed studios and five-bed apartments. The three-bed studios (20m2) are located on the second floor and feature a double bed with a single pull-out bed in the form of a drawer. The five-bed apartments (25m2) are spread across the ground floor, first, and second floor. They consist of a living room, where bunk beds and a drawer bed are situated, separated by sliding doors, while the bedroom contains a double bed.
The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped the same, featuring a small refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a cooking stove with two burners, a coffee machine, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet access, mosquito nets, a safety deposit box, and a balcony with a table, chairs, and a street view. A hairdryer is available at the reception upon request. The owners can provide a baby cot if needed.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four nights, and guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units.
The accommodation has a very small, concrete yard with tables, chairs, and a communal barbecue. Private parking is not provided, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.
The Sithon Apartment Hotel can be a good choice for undemanding guests who wish to enjoy the immediate proximity of the beach in a peaceful location.
