Description
Maria's Garden accommodation is located in the popular resort of Sarti, only a few meters away from the sandy beach, making it an ideal choice for those who wish to be close to the beach and promenade, while also enjoying privacy.
The accommodation is approximately 75m away from the beach and a minute's walk from the center. The nearest market is located at a distance of about 120m.
It consists of a double studio (30m2) with a French bed, located on the ground floor.
The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and window screens.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.
The bathroom includes a shower with a shower curtain.
You also have access to a fenced courtyard equipped with a seating set, where you can enjoy the view of the street. Bed linen and towels are changed and cleaning is done every five days.
There is no private parking available, but you can find a parking space at a public parking lot nearby or park on the street where there is usually space.
To reach the accommodation, you will need to turn from the main road Sarti-Sikia towards the large supermarket Kritikos, pass the parking lot, and turn left, then take the first right and then another right. You will see the accommodation on the left side.
If proximity to the beach, immediate vicinity of the center, and privacy are important to you, you will not go wrong by choosing Maria's Garden Studio.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su nam 2 dvokrevetna studia za dva bračna para. Termin 01.09.-11.09. Fleksibilni smo za 2-3 dana ranije ili kasnije.
