Description
Meltemi House is an orderly and modest accommodation located near a sandy beach in the historic town of Sarti. Due to its limited number of units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.
The beach is only 47 meters away, and there are numerous markets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity, while the town center is approximately 130 meters away.
It offers a total of seven accommodation units, consisting of two triple and four quadruple studios, and one five-bed apartment.
All triple studios are located on the upper ground floor and have one double and one single bed.
One quadruple studio is located on the high ground floor, two on the first floor, and one on the second floor. The studio on the high ground floor and one on the first floor each have two double beds, while the other studio on the first floor and the studio on the second floor have a double bed and a sofa bed.
The quintuple apartment features two double beds, a single sofa bed, and is located on the upper ground floor.
The kitchens are equipped with small refrigerators with freezer compartments, stovetops with two burners, as well as all necessary cookware.
The bathrooms include a shower with a shower curtain.
All accommodation units have balconies with a table and chairs, and offer a sea or courtyard view. They are also air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, internet, mosquito nets, and, if needed, the owners can provide a baby cot. A washing machine is also available.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, and towel and linen replacement is done every four days.
As for parking, the accommodation does not have a private parking area, but you can park at the large public parking lot located near the premises.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the Fact Club, then right into the first street, and then left into the first street. Drive until you reach the second intersection, then turn right, and after approximately 85m, you will see the accommodation on the right side.
Meltemi House could be an excellent choice for lovers of accommodations that are in close proximity to the sea and where they can enjoy their privacy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
