Description
Nature View Studios is located in the new part of Sarti, on the east coast of Sithonia, 450m from the most beautiful part of its sandy beach.
As part of this newly built accommodation in the boho style, there are seven studios that are distributed on the first and second floor and intended for a maximum of three people. Each studio contains a double bed and an armchair that folds out into a normal single bed.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional cost.
In these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee machine.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the pool, on the balcony equipped with seating set.
In the spacious and fenced yard there is a swimming pool with deckchairs.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Private parking is available for guests within the yard.
Nature View Studios is located 132km from Thessaloniki airport, 6km from Sikia beach and 14km from Kalamitsi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Imate li slobodno u navedenom terminu,može da bude apartman sa dve spavaće sobe. Ili da budu dva apartmana za dve osobe. Koliko bi koštalo sa doručkom a koliko bez. Možete mi napisati za sve sto ima ako nije problem. Srdačan pozdrav
