The offer includes three accommodation units, all located on the ground floor. The studio for two people is equipped with two single beds joined together. The studio that can accommodate four people has a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa for one person. The apartment, which can accommodate up to six adults, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room contains two single beds joined together, while the bedroom has a double bed.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen for preparing light meals. The stove has two hot plates, and the small fridge has a freezer compartment. The double studio also has a kettle available for guests.

Each accommodation unit has its furnished veranda.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as the replacement of linen and towels, is carried out every third day.

Parking is not provided for guests of this accommodation, but there is always free parking available along the street near the accommodation, and there is also public parking nearby.

An ideal location, with a landlady who is exceptionally clean and meticulous. Discreet. The accommodation is modest, yet the price-to-quality ratio is outstanding! Highly recommended.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
