Kallia’s House is located in the village of Sarti, one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, known for its beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters, only 80 meters away. The modernly equipped accommodation offers a high level of comfort and functionality, with a thoughtfully designed space perfect for enjoyment.

The studio is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a double bed and a sofa for two.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with two hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, and a coffee maker.

On the veranda, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy the surroundings.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days during the stay.

Guests are not provided with a guaranteed parking space, but usually, a spot can be found on the street in front of the accommodation.

The accommodation was excellent, in an excellent location, fully equipped both in terms of the kitchen and everything else, which is rare for Greece. The only complaint is a bit of noise because it is right on the street and every morning we were woken up by the truck that comes to empty the containers, but everything else was absolutely perfect, with great kindness from the owner. I highly recommend this accommodation. The beach is very close, just a few steps from the apartment, and on days when you are not touring Sithonia, it is great for swimming and relaxing.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
