Kostas Villa is located in an excellent location in the town of Sarti, just 50 meters from the beautiful beach, allowing guests to reach the crystal clear sea in just a few minutes. A special quality of this accommodation is the proximity to the center of Sarti, where numerous restaurants, taverns, cafes, shops, and everything needed for a pleasant and carefree stay can be found. Due to its position, Kostas Villa is an ideal choice for guests who want to be close to all amenities while enjoying a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Sarti is one of the most famous resorts in Sithonia, with a long sandy beach, beautiful views of Mount Athos, and a picturesque seaside promenade. In addition to enjoying the beach in the town itself, guests have the opportunity to explore some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sithonia, known for their turquoise waters and natural surroundings. Kostas Villa is an excellent base for vacation, as well as for discovering hidden coves, traditional villages, and the charms of this beautiful part of Halkidiki.

Double studios and quadruple apartments are available, both located on the second floor. The studios consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom and can accommodate up to two adults. They are equipped with a double bed.

The apartment is designed for four people, a maximum of three adults. It includes a sleeping area with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.

All rooms also feature an open wardrobe.

Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.

The bathrooms have a similar layout in all units and feature a tile shower.

In this air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets, guests have free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, and a kettle. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing light meals.

Each unit has a private balcony with seating, ideal for relaxing with a beautiful view. The quadruple apartment and one double studio have a side sea view, while the other units have a mountain view.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is done after three nights.

The accommodation does not have a courtyard, but it does have private parking located on the street across from the property.

Kostas Villa is 12 km away from Sykia and 28 km from Porto Koufo. One of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Sithonia, Sikia Beach, is 9 km away. The nearest airport, Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is located 130 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
