Our description
Accommodation is located in Sykia at 100m from the center, grocery store and a bakery. The beach is at about 10 minutes by car.
Stella House (67m2) was built in 2015 and consists of three bedrooms with two single beds in each, living room and the kitchen, for up to seven people. It's air-conditioned, has internet, TV, stove and a view to the street and other houses. The kitchen is equipped, ih has a large fridge and oven, and in the bathroom there's a shower cabin. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after four days.
Guests have access to the yard and parking.
Stella House is a good choice for a large goup or two families, as well as for those who don't care much about vicinity to the beach.

Owners description
Stella House is located in Sykia village, 10 minutes from the beach, by car. Near the house are cafes, supermarket, and bakery.
There are three bedrooms each with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table and a living room inside the house. In the living room, there are two seating couches, one for three persons and one for two persons, a round dining table with six chairs, electrical appliances, fridge, TV set and all kitchen utensils. Windows and doors are aluminum and with mosquito nets.
Guests have access to the yard and parking.
The bathroom has been renovated an has a shower cabin. Rooms are air conditioned, with TV. The kitchen is equipped. Free parking place is available for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li je ku'a slobodna od 14.06.2018. na 12 ili 13 nocenja i da li bi mogao neki poust s obyirom na rani buking i zbog broja gostiju *porodica - dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 5 i 10 god.

Apartmen je odlican, prostran, lepo uredjen i dobro opremljen elektricnim aparatima. Jedinu manu koju bih navela je to sto dnevna soba nije klimatizovana, a nalazi se na drugom nivou apartmana, pa je jako vruce. Nama nije toliko smetalo jer amo malo vremena tamo provodili, ali bih sledeci put ponela bar ventilator. Svakako, vratila bih se opet u isti smestaj. Sto se mene tice, mogu da dobiju najvisu ocenu.
