Hotel Description

Stella House is situated in an authentic Greek village, in a peaceful location. It can be a splendid choice for guests seeking to spend their vacation far from the hustle and bustle characteristic of Greek tourist resorts.

The nearest beach is Sykia beach, approximately 4.5km away, so this accommodation is recommended only for those arriving by their own vehicle. The nearest supermarket, also the largest in the village, is located 500m from the accommodation, while all other amenities are about 650m away.

This is a house on the high ground floor (67m2) built in 2015. It consists of three bedrooms, two of which have a French bed each, and the third a French bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, a stove and necessary utensils, while the bathroom features a shower cabin and a washing machine. The house overlooks the street and the village.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has internet, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot. Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every four days.

The house has a fenced, concrete yard with a private parking provided for the guests, along with a barbecue facility.

Stella House is a splendid choice for larger groups or two families, as well as for those for whom the proximity to the beach is not of crucial importance.

The owner was exceptionally kind and always available for anything that was needed. The only complaint pertains to the comfort of the beds, which are quite uncomfortable.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
