My wife and I spent seven days in room number three. The studio/room is exceedingly cramped, leaving virtually no space to store belongings. The wardrobe is non-functional. There are no hooks for jackets, cloths, or towels in the room. The terrace is comfortable and offers a beautiful view, but the proximity to the chimneys of two restaurants makes it difficult to use due to the continuous and strong smell of food, smoke, and noise. One restaurant's chimney is at the level of the terrace. The room has a musty smell and an odor of sewage from the bathroom. This is something that should definitely be included in the accommodation description, as many people have allergy issues. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the room by accordion doors that do not close completely. The cosmetic holders are rusty, and there is no towel rack. The kitchen lacks a trash can and has an extremely weak water supply. The cleanliness of the studio is unsatisfactory. The only advantage is the location of the accommodation.

The location is exceptional for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway, free from noise and crowds. The accommodation features its own tavern where the food is excellent, as is the value for money. The hostess is very kind.

The images bear no resemblance to the accommodation. Firstly, the lodging is indeed old, which means that no matter how much you clean, it remains old, and if it is rented for 60 euros per night, it requires renovation. As you make your way to the accommodation, you pass through taverns, courtyards, and camper trailers, losing your sense of where you are. My impression of Sykia has completely collapsed due to this accommodation.

We stayed in studio 6, which consists of one room with two double beds. The accommodation was thoroughly cleaned, but it is not hygienic and clean in all aspects. In the bathroom, the holders for shower cosmetics and toilet paper were rusty. This reflects negligence on the part of the owner, considering that replacing the rusty holders is simple and inexpensive. It is not worth renting this studio for two people, as we did, due to the lack of better options at that moment. For 63 euros, in the case of early booking, significantly better accommodations for two people are available on the site.

The apartment is considerably smaller than it appears in the pictures; everything feels cramped and uncomfortable. Great care is required when driving and parking, especially if you park next to the apartment.

Dimitra House is a perfect choice. Dimitra (the owner) is exceptionally kind and accommodating. The accommodation is identical to the description. The view from the terrace is enchanting, with tranquility beside a beautiful beach of crystal-clear water... a place for complete relaxation.

A truly lovely place for a proper vacation with children, away from the crowds and noise. The owner is very fair; during our seven-day stay, she changed the linens twice, and the hygiene in the apartment is satisfactory. Overall, an excellent experience.

As a family with few demands, who only requires accommodation for showering and sleeping, the lodging is excellent. We stayed in unit number 4, which is quite small, and perhaps our only issue was the lack of space for our bags. 😊 Below the accommodation is one of the finest fish restaurants on Sithonia, "5 steps in the sand." The hostess, Dimitra, is exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended.

We are currently vacationing here; this is our 15th vacation together (as a couple) and the 7th with our children (ages 10 and 6). We are thrilled with the location and cleanliness; we have never rested like this before! Upon our arrival (around 12:30), we were warmly welcomed by Dimitra, who showed us to our accommodation. The studio is small, but we spent the least amount of time in it. The small beach near the accommodation isn’t anything special, but for us and the kids, it was perfect; you literally step down and you are on the beach, the water is crystal clear, and there are about 20 sunbeds available for your use all day with ordered drinks, without any crowds or the need to leave towels at dawn. We explored other beaches, but while the kids are small, this is ideal. Dimitra brought the kids donuts and fresh salad from her garden several times. We will definitely return next year. An ideal location for exploring the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. A friendly hostess, lovely accommodation, and cleanliness. We are absolutely delighted!

The accommodation is satisfactory, albeit somewhat limited in space, yet it is equipped with all the essentials and is impeccably clean. Bed linens and towels are changed every fifth day. The terrace and gazebo are spacious. The owner is exceptionally kind, especially towards children. The only complaint pertains to the beach in front of the accommodation. The images convey a misleading impression, and the beach was a significant disappointment; I believe there is none worse on Sithonia. However, just 500 meters from the accommodation lies the stunning Tourkolimnionas beach, so in the end, that was not a problem at all.

The accommodation is decent, but I find it somewhat overrated. At a price of 83 euros per day, I would expect the beds and pillows to be considerably more comfortable, and the kitchen to be better equipped. A better stove is needed, along with some kitchen utensils, such as a cutting board. Additionally, there are no shoe racks in the wardrobe.

I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation; everything is clean, and the landlady is very kind. 😄

The accommodation is exactly as you described. A friendly hostess, a charmingly decorated space, albeit somewhat small for a family of four. The beach across from the accommodation is decent, but the nearby beaches are stunning. Particularly noteworthy is the Linarakii beach in front of the Efi accommodation. The taverna in front of the accommodation is excellent, with perfect staff and service. All praises.

The accommodation is modest, the bathroom is in need of renovation, but the most important thing is that it is clean. The courtyard in front of studios 1 and 2 is beautiful, with seating areas and a view of the sea and the port. Overall, this place is peaceful, suitable for families with children as there is no noise or crowding. We would definitely return, but we would choose different accommodation.

Dimitra is wonderful, attentive, and accommodating, as if we have known each other for many years, yet this is our first time staying at her place!

An excellent location, Dimitra is extremely kind, a tranquil place perfect for relaxation. The apartment is ripe for renovation (if that matters to anyone). The only drawback is that it is somewhat cramped, a five-bed apartment, a small terrace, four chairs, four plates, a tiny refrigerator... However, this is not a significant issue as there is another large terrace available for use.

The accommodation is modest, located on the ground floor and partially embedded in the ground. The yard is rather untidy. The advantages of this accommodation are that it is affordable, the beach is nearby, it is situated in a quiet area, and the hosts are exceptionally kind.

The accommodation is located near the beach, but the beach itself is poor. All other beaches are perfect. The accommodation is subpar and requires some investment to improve. The faucets are old, and half of the outlets do not work.

Dimitra, exceedingly courteous, does not match the description and images provided; the exterior... The accommodation is typically sparse, as is the case with most establishments of this type... The place is small, with a beach in front of the accommodation, yet it boasts a good location for visiting the most beautiful beaches... Overall, it can be rated a three.

The studio is located near the beach, in a peaceful area devoid of crowds and noise. The accommodation is comfortable and features a beautiful courtyard for relaxation. The bathroom faucets are outdated and poorly functioning, making them difficult to adjust. The entire apartment has five outlets, two of which are non-functional. Two are located in the kitchen, one serving the refrigerator and the other the electric stove. The living room has only one socket, which is mostly occupied by an electric mosquito repellent device.

We stayed in a double studio, which felt rather cramped to us. The bathroom was exceptionally small, lacking a shower cabin, which wasn't a major issue, but the sink was very tiny. In the studio, especially in the bed, there was a noticeable musty smell. The terrace was beautiful, spacious enough with a lovely view, but right next to it were the chimneys of both restaurants, and the odor was quite unpleasant. It wasn't the smell of grilled fish, which wouldn't have bothered us, but all the other kitchen smells were so unpleasant that it was difficult to sit on the terrace, and there was also significant noise from the kitchen ventilation just five steps away. I must say that in the studio next to us this issue might not be as pronounced because the chimney is on the left side of the smaller studio, while the larger studio is on the right side. The beach is also not what it used to be in previous years before the cove was turned into a marina. The hostess was kind. The bedding was clean, but she couldn't eliminate the musty smell in the bed.

A reasonable accommodation in relation to the price.

Dimitra's House on Pigadaki Beach is a very pleasant accommodation suitable for families with or without children, seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Dimitra is a kind and amiable hostess. She welcomed us and directed us to our accommodation without excessive conversation, which we appreciated. The first impression was that the accommodation felt a bit cramped, but the view from the terrace made up for that shortcoming. Overall, it is delightful to be a guest at Dimitra's house.

The accommodation is highly recommended. It is located near the sea, and the hosts are kind and courteous. An excellent location and accommodation for families with small children. I am thrilled!

Extremely poor bathroom... Unhygienic.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location and is exceptionally clean. Towels and bed linens are changed every 5 days. The owners are very kind, but the only drawback is the size of the apartment.

You get what you pay for. We stayed in a decent accommodation, the hosts were accommodating, and the location was excellent. The place is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches. Unfortunately, the weather in 2019 was poor.

The owner and one of the grandmothers are truly wonderful, exceptional, and impeccably clean! The environment is peaceful, and it is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, just a 10-minute drive to Sarti.

The property is older, yet clean and tidy. We were greeted with towels, toilet paper, and mosquito repellent, which we haven't received anywhere else we've stayed so far. The landlady is helpful and kind. The room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water available at all times. On the fifth day, the linens and towels were changed. Mosquito nets are installed everywhere. For those not seeking luxury, the accommodation is quite decent.

Our experience was wonderful. The accommodation was good. The hostess was delightful, kind, and helpful. The beach is located just across from the apartment. The sand is fine, and the sea is clear. This is a place for a true retreat. Some might say it is perhaps too quiet, but it suited us perfectly. The only downside is the lack of shops.

The owners are very pleasant people. The accommodation is modest and requires renovation. The biggest issue is the faulty lock on the entrance door. We encountered an unpleasant situation when the key was left inside while we were outside with the children in the yard. The landlady managed to enter through a window, which fortunately was open, and unlocked the door. That’s how we learned how to open the entrance door. This is a significant oversight; I believe we should have been informed about it. Everyone who stays in studio number 6 should be made aware of how the entrance door can only be opened. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if our children, aged 5 and 4, had been locked inside while we were outside! I believe the owners of the accommodation are obliged to fix the lock on the door.

Choosing an apartment at Dimitra House was an excellent decision, as we enjoyed a wonderful vacation, close to beautiful beaches and with a very pleasant hostess. The double studio is adequately equipped and features a lovely terrace. The pictures of the accommodation are authentic. There are outstanding taverns in the vicinity serving delicious food. The stunning beaches are nearby and easily accessible even on foot. I would especially like to commend the hostess Dimitra, who is exceptionally accommodating, friendly, always at your service, and ready to help.

I can only give excellent recommendations for the accommodation at Dimitra House. Everything is as depicted in the pictures and description. Everyone is very kind and readily available for anything you need.
