Dimitra House is located on a beautiful sandy beach Pigadaki, near Sikia. Within the accommodation, there is also a tavern that has its own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The kind and hospitable owners are always there for the guests.

Only a street separates it from the beach, while on the right and left sides there are other famous beaches worth visiting. The beach where the house is located is clean, with turquoise blue sea. Every day, a mini van with fresh vegetables and fruits passes by the street in front of the house. The nearest market is on the main road, about 2.5km from the accommodation, and just before it, there is a bakery at a distance of about 1.5km.

It consists of three separate buildings with a total of five studios, four completely new and one renovated studio.

In the first row to the sea, there is a ground floor building with two completely new studios. Studio No. 2 is entered from the side, while studio No. 1 is entered straight. One studio (No. 2) has a double bed and another double bed that is slightly narrower than standard (for two smaller children), and the other (No. 1) has two double beds of standard dimensions. Both can accommodate a maximum of four people. The kitchens are slightly separated from the rooms, but there are no doors between them. They are equipped with standard dishes, a hot plate, and a small refrigerator. Studio No. 1 has a shower cabin, while studio No. 2 only has tiles. Both bathrooms are separated by accordion doors from the rest of the studio. The studios are completely new, have air conditioning, as well as two sets for sitting in front of the studio, and two beautiful covered verandas with a fantastic sea view. These studios also have a built-in barbecue located in a small courtyard just in front of the studios. Televisions have been removed this year due to poor signal.

On a small hill behind, there is a smaller renovated building, which has a four-bed studio on the first floor, studio No. 5 for a maximum of four adults. In the room separated from the kitchen (not by a door), there is a double bed that is narrower than standard, and in the kitchen area, there is a sofa for two people. The kitchen is standardly equipped, as in the previous studios. The bathroom has a shower only with tiles. There is a seating set in front of the studio, with a partial sea view.

In the third building, above the renovated building, there are two more completely new studios. The entrance is behind the accommodation, on the ground floor, but the studios are on the first floor. One of the studios is a double (No. 3), with a double bed and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The other studio (No. 4) is a quadruple and has two double beds. The kitchens are equipped as in the other studios. Both bathrooms have tiled showers, and they are separated by accordion doors from the rest of the room. Due to their elevated position, they have a fantastic sea view from the terraces. The terraces are spacious and have a table and chairs for sitting. Both studios are tidy, clean, and completely new, with terraces designed for those who know how to enjoy the view.

There are two more units - apartments No. 7 and No. 8, located on the first floor. Apartment No. 7 has a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, it has a corner sofa for a maximum of three people. It is also possible to bring in a camp bed. A maximum of six people can stay there. Apartment No. 8 also has a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, it has a sofa bed for two people. In the kitchens, there is a standard refrigerator and an induction hob, while in the bathroom, there is a bathtub in apartment No. 7, and a shower with tiles in apartment No 8.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

The back part of the yard is more arranged compared to the rest, so it also has a table and chairs for sitting, a barbecue, and several toys for children. The same family also owns Zampakos Tavern on the beach, where sunbeds are provided for free with a purchased drink or coffee. Public parking is in front of the accommodation, next to the tavern, and there is also parking space behind the older building.

Pigadaki Beach is not hard to find. After turning off the main road towards Sikia beach, continue straight until the road forks. The road to the left leads to Sikia beach, and the one to the right uphill leads to Pigadaki Beach. You will pass the first bay, and the next bay is Pigadaki Beach. On the beach, you will see Zampakos restaurant, which is also part of Dimitra accommodation.

If you are looking for accommodation with an excellent view, on a beautiful sandy beach, where there is usually no crowd even in the season, on a beach with fine sand and beautiful clean sea, Dimitra House can be a good choice.
