The accommodation is located about 200m from the long sandy beach of Sikia. The nearest mini markets are within the Melissi and Pitsoni camps, about 600m away, and a bakery is located on the highway, less than 2km away.
It is a ground floor house that features a living room with two sofas and an armchair, along with an enclosed kitchen with a counter and a dining table. It also has two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed.
The accommodation offers air conditioning, TV, internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The terrace is enclosed and has a seating set.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as for the replacement of bed linen and towels.
The courtyard is quite spacious, with plenty of greenery and natural shade, and the area in front of the house is paved. It has a barbecue area and private parking.
