Draganis House is located in the heart of Sykia and represents an ideal place for those seeking privacy and peace, without being bothered by the distance from the beach. The village center with all amenities is nearby.
The nearest beach is Sykia beach, 4.4km away from the accommodation, so we recommend this accommodation only to those arriving by their own vehicle. The store is 100m away from the accommodation, and the village center with taverns, fast food, post office, pharmacy, is at a distance of 150m.
The house consists of one five-bed apartment on the ground floor and two six-bed apartment on two levels, both located on the first floor.
The five-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the living room. The kitchen is slightly separated from the living room, but not by a door. It is fully equipped with a built-in oven, a two-burner hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, necessary dishes, and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom on the lower level has a built-in shower cubicle, and the toilet is on the upper level. The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the street.
The six-bed apartment No. 2 on two levels, on the lower level in the living room, has a sofa bed for two people, while on the upper level there is one separate bedroom with a double bed, and on the gallery two single beds. The kitchen is located on the lower level in the extension of the living room, has a dining table and chairs and is equipped with a built-in oven, a built-in hob with two rings, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker and necessary dishes. The bathroom on the lower level has a built-in shower cubicle, and on the upper level there is a toilet. The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the street and the village.
The six-bed apartment No. 3 on two levels has a bedroom on the lower level separated by a door with a double bed, while on the upper level, on the gallery, there are two single beds. On the lower level, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in oven, a built-in two-burner hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, necessary dishes and a dining table and chairs.
It has a TV, internet, and air conditioning. There are no mosquito nets, only one on the door. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The yard is fenced, but small. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and toys for children. Since the yard is small, it is best to park next to the accommodation.
The house is easy to find. When you enter the village of Sikia, after passing the supermarket on the left, turn into the first street on the right. Continue straight on that street and 250m later you will see the house on the right side.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, and proximity to the beach is not essential, then this house is the right choice.
