If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful place, in a nicely decorated interior, Athena’s Apartments And Studios in Sykia can be a right choice. Renovated and modernly decorated accommodation, it offers you the vacation that you deserve.

Next to the house is a small path that leads to Sykia beach, which is around 500m away. On the main road, around 550m from the house, is a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop at 350m. The closest market is on the beach, in the camping Melissi or Pitsoni.

The house is divided into two parts; the left part is called Athena’s Apartments and Studios, while the right one is Fouli’s House. Each part has its own courtyard and entrance. In total, the house has one quadruple studio, located on the first floor, and two quadruple apartments on the second floor.

Quadruple studio has a double bed and one folding sofa. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. In the quadruple apartments, the living room with kitchen may be equipped with either a bunk bed or a sofa for two persons, depending on the unit, while the bedroom contains a double bed. In the bathroom is a shower enclosed by a wall on one side.

Kitchen in all units is equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, hotplates, and necessary dishes. On the balcony are an umbrella, a sitting set, and a drying rack. All units have internet, air conditioning, and TV.

In the courtyard, guests are provided with barbecue and parking.

The house is on the main road, so it’s impossible to miss it. You will find it at about 1,5km after you pass the turn for the Valti camping, and in front of the house is a bus station.

This accommodation can be a good choice for families for whom the distance from the beach is not so important, as it is a peaceful setting where they would spend their vacation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
