Hotel Description

If you want to feel tranditional spirit of Greece, Little Luxury House in village Sykia is the right choice for you. Tucked between small streets and other stone houses, it is a real oasis of silence.

From the center of village with shops, restaurant, pharmacies, it is 350m away, and from the closest beach, Sykia beach, around 4,5km. Every Saturday in the main street of the village is held green market where you can buy homemade products, fresh fish and sea food.

Ground floor house is actually an apartment which can accommodate up to four persons. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the room with a kitchen there is a sofa with a drawer bed. Kitchen is completely equipped, it has a stove and big fridge. Bathroom is completely new and it has a shower edged with the glass from one side. On the balcony are table and chairs. Apartment has air conditioning, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.

In the small yard is one more sitting set and barbecue. Private parking doesn’t exist, but there is enough parking space across the road.

In order to reach the accommodation, the best would be to follow the navigation, so you don’t get lost in small streets of the village. When you enter the village, continue straight until you see the fast food restaurant Nassos where you should turn right, then turn in the first street right, continue straight and then again in the first street right and after in the first street left. On the crossroad turn left and continue straight until the end of the street where you will see the house on the left, on small uphill.

If the privacy and peace are important factors when choosing the accommodation, then this house is the right choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
