Hotel Description

The newly built villas Valti, within the camp of the same name, are located in the first row to the sea and the beautiful beach of golden sand, after which they got their name. They are surrounded by a spacious yard with a natural shade, so they can be an ideal choice for families with children.

Villas are separated only by a non-traffic street from Valti beach. The tavern is next to it, while the nearest market is within the Melissi campsite (2km). Every day, a greengrocer passes down the street, so it’s possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

In the offer are 20 ground floor houses which are located next to each other. In the bedroom of the apartments, there is a double bed, while in the room with a kitchen there is a sofa. In studios the beds are the same, only the double bed is separated by short wall from the rest of the studio. The kitchen is equipped with hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin. From both rooms, there is access to the balcony with a side sea view and a table with chairs. The difference in the price is justified by the position of the units, so the ones closer to the sea have the higher price.

All houses have air conditioning, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. During the stay, the guests take care of the hygiene, while they get a clean set of bed linen and towels after six days.

The yard is spacious, with plenty of natural shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used with a purchased drink. Private parking is also available.

There are two ways to reach Valti Houses. Driving from the direction of Sarti, turn left from the highway at the sign for the Valti Camping, then make a right on the next turn and follow the road that will take you to this accommodation located on the beachfront. This road’s unpaved, so we’d recommend another way. Turn off the highway towards Sikia beach and continue straight till you reach the beach. Follow the road along the beach, pass one bay and the next is Valti beach. This accommodation is located next to the restaurant Mesogeios.

The accommodation met our requirements. Although there were some shortcomings, they did not significantly affect our overall positive impression of the lodging.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
