Hotel Description

In the center of Sykia village, only few steps away from all amenities, there is ML Village House. Because it is only one apartment, it is ideal for all those who are searching for privacy.

Since it is located in the center of the village, shops, restaurant and coffee shops are only 50m away, while the pharmacy is 110m away. Every Saturday there is a street market where can be bought local products. Sykia beach is at distance od 4,5km.

In the offer is only one apartment on the first floor. It is consisted of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second one there are a single and a drawer bed which is the same dimension as a single bed and in the living room there is a folding sofa. The kitchen is completely equipped, it has a stove and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom there are an edged showering space and a hair dryer. The balcony has a table and chairs and it overlooks the street. The apartment is air conditioned, it has TV, internet and mosquito nets. During the stay, guest are taking care of the hygiene, while the clean set of bed linen and towels is available after four days.

There is no private parking, but guest can park their car in front of the accommodation.

When you enter the Sykia village you should continue straight until you reach the first crossroad (in the middle is a small park), then you should turn left, like changing the direction and continue towards the sea and after 60m you will see the accommodation on your left.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
