Owner description
Not far from Sykia beach there is a family house Maria. The accommodation itself is divided in two buildings - in one there are studios, while the other one is one apartment, so all units are located on the ground floor.
In the offer are two quadruple studios, both equipped in the same way - with one double bed and bunk beds. The apartment with two bedrooms is actually a bungalow in the same yard as studios. In each bedroom there is a double and a single bed, so it can accommodatie maximum six persons. Kitchen is separated.
Two more identical studios are also located in Maria's House 2 accommodation - and belong to the same complex.
All units have kitchen with hotplates and large refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with a shower (only tiles), mosquito nets, air conditioning, internet and balcony with table and chairs. Baby cot is available upon request. Pets are welcome.
Accommodation is surrounded by a spacious, fenced yard, full of greenery and natural shade, with toys for children, barbecue and table with chairs. Inside the yard it is provided a private parking for all guests.

Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, Ground Floor, for period from 06.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 45 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je jako mali, bracni krevet nije za dve odrasle osobe. Prilaz lokaciji veoma los , jedan auto moze proci prasnjavim putem. Gusteri, mravi i krpelji prisutni.

Sve je onako kako je na slikama i po dogovoru. Čisto,uredno,nesto jeste manji i stariji apartman,ali dovoljan za cetvoroclanu porodicu s manjom decom,cak ima mesta i za kolica. Sve je lepo skockacno za grcke uslove. Sve terase su komotne i imaju svoju privatnost,dvoriste lepo,mir i tisina. Gazde prisutne,ali neprimetne. Peskira ima zaista dovoljno,sudova takodje. U okolini su uglavnom vikendice i kamp kucice.Plaza jeste malo dalja,oko 300m zemljanim prasnjavim putem,ali ko planira kolima na plazu ili prodavnicu u mestu ili obliznje u okolini,ne smeta. Sve u svemu samim smestajem smo zadovoljni i dobra je baza za okolne plaze kojih ima zaista dosta.

Daleko je od plaže, mora da se ide zemljanim putem koji je pun prašine... bračni krevet je uzak i sobe nisu konforne.

Ljubazni domaćini, prelepo dvorište u kom su deca provodila većinu vremena. Zamena peškira i posteljine 5og dana boravka. Kuhinja opremljena svime što je potrebno. Mirno mesto za odmor. Jedina mana je lokacija kuće.

Recomand, cazare buna, in apropierea celor mai frumoase plaje din Sithonia. Raport calitate pret corect. Multumim si mai venim!

Smeštaj je po nama mali za dve tročlane porodice.Najviše za jednu četvoročlani. Kreveti za dvoje jako uski. U sobama fale klime u svakoj jer je prostor mali,nema pravi krov sa izolacijom iznad i preko dana se jako zagreje.Klima ima samo u hodniku i nedovoljna je za ceo prostor.

Jako uredjen i čist prostor, prijatan za boravak. Svaka preporuka. Domaćini veoma ljubazni.
