Accommodation is located on a family estate with two buildings, Maria’s House and Maria’s House 2, in a spacious, fenced yard with plenty of greenery and natural shade from the vineyard, in Sikia, 300m away from the sandy beach of the same name. This beach is known for its turquoise water and is popular among campers. If you head south from it, you will discover a series of smaller, well-kept beaches that are definitely worth visiting. It can be an excellent choice for families with children.

This independent house is actually an apartment, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, a small dining area, and a bathroom, designed to accommodate up to six adults. The bedrooms are equipped with one double bed, narrower than the standard, as well as one single bed, allowing for a practical layout and accommodating more guests.

This air-conditioned apartment has mosquito nets. Guests have at their disposal a TV, free WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen with a dining table is equipped with the necessary dining utensils, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Upon request, and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, overlooking the yard and has access to a private veranda with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying favorite meals or sipping favorite drinks under the beautiful vineyard that provides natural shade during hot summer days.

The accommodation has a spacious yard with a maintained grassy area and plenty of greenery, a children’s playground with swings, a slide, and toys for children, a canvas hammock for adult relaxation, as well as sun loungers. In the yard, there is a shared barbecue, a gazebo with a bar, and an additional fridge for chilling drinks. The gazebo also houses a laundry machine available to all guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Private parking is provided for all guests within the accommodation premises, in the yard.

The beach is far away; one must traverse a dusty dirt road... The double bed is narrow, and the rooms lack comfort.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
