Our description
Antonis House is situated in the village of Sykia and is an excellent choice for a family vacation as well as for exploring the beautiful beaches in southern Sithonia.
In the vicinity of the accommodation, you will find numerous shops, taverns, and cafes, while the nearest beach, Sykia Beach, is approximately 4km away.
Antonis House (80m2) features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for an extended stay, with a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stove with an oven. You will also have at your disposal a kettle, toaster, and a washing machine located in the kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, internet, and satellite television. Additionally, it boasts a terrace furnished with a seating set where you can relax and enjoy the view of the street and the mountain.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation and changing towels and linens, although an extra set is provided. Private parking is not available, but you can park on the street where there is usually enough space.
The house is easy to find. Once you enter the village of Sikija, after passing the supermarket, turn into the second street on your left. Continue straight along this street, and after approximately 240m, you will see the house on the right.
If you are seeking peace and privacy and are not concerned about proximity to the beach, then this house is an ideal choice.

Owners description
Our accommodation is located in Sithonia Chalkidiki, in the village of Sykia, with approximately 3000 permanent residents.
It is a complete house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
One room is equipped with a double bed, while the second room has two single beds, and can accommodate a family of four.
It has all the necessary everyday electrical appliances such as an electric stove, a refrigerator, three air conditioners, as well as an android tv box for watching your favorite television programs from your country.
Near the accommodation and at a distance of 50 meters there is a super market for your daily purchases, while the distance from the central square of the traditional settlement of Sykia is only 300 meters.
The famous beach of Sykia is located at a distance of two kilometers from the village. Nearby famous beaches are Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Klimataria, Toroni where you can enjoy swimming, your coffee and the Greek flavors.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
