Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Antonis House, located in Sikia, is situated near the town center, offering guests easy access to local shops, bakeries, and taverns, all within a few minutes’ walk. This comfortable accommodation is ideal for family vacations and serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the stunning beaches of southern Sithonia.
The property features a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four guests. It includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven with a stovetop, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine conveniently located in the kitchen.
The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, a fan, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace overlooking the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment and replacing towels and linens, although an additional set is provided.
Private parking is not available, but street parking is usually easy to find.
