Owners description
Achilleas Apartments is located at around 600m from Sykia beach. It is surrounded by a spacious yard with a natural shade, barbecuse, table, chairs and sunbeds.
In the offere there are six indentical studios on two levels, on the ground floor. In all of them on the upper level there is a double bed, while on the ground level in some there is a double bed, while in the others there are two single beds. On the ground level there are also a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower (no cabin, only tiles). Kitchen has an induction hob, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle and a toaster. Two studios have a fenced balcony, while the other four have an unfenced balcony. All overlook the yard. One is adapted for people for special needs.
All units have an air condition, internet and hair dryer. During their stay, the guest take care of hygiene of the unit and they get a clean set of towels and bed linen every three days.
Private parking is guaranteed for all guests and it is inside the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
