Owners description
Petros and Maria Rooms are an ideal place for four adults and two children to stay with their own playground in the yard. It is located in Sikia, Halkidiki, on Valti beach. It consists of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment offers one double bed, two single beds and a sofa for two people. It is located on the ground floor. It is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, a safe, a barbecue and a parking space.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and there is also the possibility of getting a baby cot on request.
The kitchen has two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster and a large fridge with a freezer, while the bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer.
The yard is fenced, has a well-maintained lawn and seating.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every other day, and bed linen is changed every four days.
Pets aren't allowed.
The sea is right in front of the apartment and it has a private beach umbrella with a view of Mount Athos.
The nearest tavern is 50m away, and the village is 11km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
