Our description
The accommodation of Anthis Garden is located approximately 350 m from the Sikia beach. The courtyard is beautifully arranged, cozy, and offers peace and true relaxation because it consists of only three units, and the friendly owner is always available. The courtyard includes private parking.
The store is about 1.5 km away, while the nearest bakery is about 500 m away (both on the main road).
There are three apartments available, on the upper ground floor, each with two separate bedrooms.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen, with all electrical appliances (large refrigerator with freezer, four-burner stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, necessary utensils), a table, and chairs. A highchair is available for babies, and the owners can provide a crib.
All units are air-conditioned (air conditioning is in the kitchen), have a TV and Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The terraces have tables and chairs, and guests have access to a beautiful gazebo and barbecue in the courtyard.
Apartment no.1 (60 m2) has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a glass screen.
Apartments no.2 and no.3 (45 m2) have a double bed in one room and a double and a single bed in the other bedroom. The terrace is shared and does not have a fence, but each unit has its own section. The bathrooms in both apartments have showers without tubs and curtains (only tiles).
Guests are responsible for cleaning, but if desired, for an additional fee, the owners can take care of it. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days.
Anthis Garden is an ideal accommodation for families with children or larger groups, as it is located in a peaceful location.

Owner description
Anthis Garden House is located in Sykia, Sithonia and consists of two separate houses.
The houses have fully equipped kitchens with all electrical appliances (coffee makers, kettles, toasters, and all the necessary utensils for cooking)
The bed linen is provided and is of excellent quality, and hair dryers and electric irons are also available.
There is a playpen and highchairs for babies.
They have hot water from a solar water heater, a barbecue, and each separate kiosk and dining room in the beautifully landscaped garden.There is a 5g wifi network.
The city beach is 350m away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lepa, uredna kućica za porodicu. Pristojno uredjena, neće vam nedostajati puno stvari. Higijena je odlična. Mesto je mirno, dvorište prostrano. Ima i terasu gde možete provoditi tihe večerenje momente sa porodicom. Plaža je na 5 minuta peške od objekta. Prilaz objektu je zajednički sa komšilukom i malo je nezgodan ukoliko vam je auto niži. Ko voli mirno, tiho letovanje sa porodicom bez glasnih kafića, restorana i žurki, ovo je idealno mesto. Plaža je velika sa sitnim šljunkom na većem delu i sa peskom na nekim delovima. Na palži vam neće faliti mesta, prostrana je i nije prevelika gužva.

Anthis kuca je prosečan smeštaj ali u odnosu na cenu i kvalitet odlična. Dvorište je lepo i maksimalno smo iskoristili sve njegove čari-roštilj, letnjikovac, jutarnja kafa.... Gazdarica Anthi je vrlo ljubazna i komunikativna. Jedina zamerka je sto nam 9 dana nisu zamenjeni peškiri i posteljina.

lokacija mirna , gazdaricata komunikativna i dostapna non stop standard si doaga na 2 dena da gi navadi rastenijata ama na kratko na 30 min, smestuvanjeto e odlicno, apartmanite se snabdeni solidno so kujnski aparati i drugi raboti mirudii itn itn , dvorot sreden, skoro nema komsii ,malku tesko za pronaoganje treba tabla da se postavi, pristapot istotaka malku problematicen, mirno bez galama . za mene malku previse izolirano

Prostrani dvosobni apartman, kvalitetno opremljen,uređen u grčkom duhu. Klimatizacija je postavljena u hodniku, tako da možete rashladiti obe prostorije, bez brige da će vam smetati klima Sve što vam je potrebno za boravak kao kod kuće. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna i gostoprimljiva. Plaža je blizu, kao i kvalitetna pekara,koja ima sve što možete zamisliti. Dolazimo i sledeće godine!

Kuća Anti je na divnom mestu gde je tišina i mir. Apartmani su prostrani i lepo uređeni,kuhinja ima sve što je potrebno ,čak i više. Lepa plaza Sikija je na par min hoda. Gazdarica Anti je divna žena, pojavi se par puta da zalije cveće i ostavi tel ukoliko treba neka pomoć. Mesto je mirno i za ljude koji traže odmor u pravom smislu.

U apartmanu No. 1 smo bili sa 4oro dece, imalo je dovoljno mesta za sve. Kuca je cista i ima sve sto vam je potrebno, pegla, aparat za kafu, sve moguce sudove. Osecali smo se kao da smo kod kuce. Bezbedno za malu decu.

Anthi is a very kind and welcoming host. The rooms were very clean and tidy and there's plenty of garden for kids or pets.
