Hotel Description

The accommodation of Anthis Garden is located approximately 350 m from the Sikia beach. The courtyard is beautifully arranged, cozy, and offers peace and true relaxation because it consists of only three units, and the friendly owner is always available. The courtyard includes private parking.

The store is about 1.5 km away, while the nearest bakery is about 500 m away (both on the main road).

There are three apartments available, on the upper ground floor, each with two separate bedrooms.

All units have a fully equipped kitchen, with all electrical appliances (large refrigerator with freezer, four-burner stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, necessary utensils), a table, and chairs. A highchair is available for babies, and the owners can provide a crib.

All units are air-conditioned (air conditioning is in the kitchen), have a TV and Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The terraces have tables and chairs, and guests have access to a beautiful gazebo and barbecue in the courtyard.

Apartment no.1 (60 m2) has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a glass screen.

Apartments no.2 and no.3 (45 m2) have a double bed in one room and a double and a single bed in the other bedroom. The terrace is shared and does not have a fence, but each unit has its own section. The bathrooms in both apartments have showers without tubs and curtains (only tiles).

Guests are responsible for cleaning, but if desired, for an additional fee, the owners can take care of it. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days.

Anthis Garden is an ideal accommodation for families with children as it is located in a peaceful location.

Anthi is an exceptionally kind and welcoming host. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, and there is ample garden space for children or pets.

Everything was excellent. The location and accommodation were superb. There is a parking space available for the car. The hostess was exceptionally kind and very accommodating.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
