Our description

Helena's House accommodation is located in the traditional village of Sykia, in a peaceful location, and as such, it can be an excellent choice for visitors who want to spend their vacation far from the crowds in an authentic Greek village away from the coastline.

The accommodation is situated 4.4km away from Sikia Beach, and various supermarkets, cafes, and taverns can be found approximately 300m away from the property, in the village center.

It is a two-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room with a kitchen features a corner sofa, while one of the bedrooms has a standard-sized double bed, and the other bedroom has a narrower double bed, suitable for one adult or two children up to 10 years old.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven and four burners, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and necessary utensils.
The bathroom has a shower enclosed by a glass partition.

The house is air-conditioned and has internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. In front of the house, there is a large veranda with a table and chairs, offering a view of the street and the mountain.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, are done upon guests' request, and a clean set of towels and linens is available if guests wish to replace them themselves.

The accommodation has a yard where guests have access to private parking and a barbecue.

Owners description

Helena's House is an apartment located in the village of Sykia, at a distance of 4,3 km from the beach. It can host a total of five people.

It is a two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. In one room there is a double bed, in the other there is a smaller double bed on which can sleep either one adult or two children up to ten years, and there is a sofa in the living room. One rancho bed can also be added.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Appliances include a large fridge with freezer, a large oven with four burners, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.

It is air-conditioned, has mosquito nets, WiFi, TV.

It has a large terrace with a view of the mountain and the yard. There are tables and chairs for sitting on the terrace as well as in the yard. There is also a barbecue.

Cleaning is done upon guests' request, every three to four days in the hours between 2 and 5pm(if the guests stay ten or more days). Bed linen and towels are also changed on request, but guests certainly have clean sets at their disposal that they can change themselves

Parking is avaliable and it is in front of the house.

Smoking is forbidden.
