Owners description
Helena’s House is an apartment located in the village of Sykia, at a distance of 4,3 km from the beach. It can host a total of five people.
It is a two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. In one room there is a double bed, in the other there is a smaller double bed on which can sleep either one adult or two children up to ten years, and there is a sofa in the living room. One rancho bed can also be added.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Appliances include a large fridge with freezer, a large oven with four burners, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
It is air-conditioned, has mosquito nets, WiFi, TV.
It has a large terrace with a view of the mountain and the yard. There are tables and chairs for sitting on the terrace as well as in the yard. There is also a barbecue.
Cleaning is done upon guests’ request, every three to four days in the hours between 2 and 5pm(if the guests stay ten or more days). Bed linen and towels are also changed on request, but guests certainly have clean sets at their disposal that they can change themselves
Parking is avaliable and it is in front of the house.
Smoking is forbidden.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
